One of my favorite shows from the 90s was DUCKMAN so it was an honor to talk to the man who created this brilliant/twisted animated series. It was the perfect collaboration: Everett's unique artistic vision, Duckman was voiced by Jason Alexander (SEINFELD), and the show's musical style initially came from Frank Zappa. DUCKMAN's logline A crass, womanizing duck works as a private eye with his level-headed pig sidekick, all-the-while raising a family as a single dad. We discuss the 1st episode of SKINS and the vision for the series. The show had 7 seasons, 2 movies, and an MTV remake. Before listening make sure to watch what I consider one of the best teen dramas (it's on Netflix). I've revisited it and the show still feels exciting and new. Additionally, it has some of my favorite casting of new faces and music supervision.
