You vs You
Accountability can feel like an attack when you are not ready to take responsibility for your actions. We always say Business is a Sport and the effort that you put in generally represent your results. Most struggling solopreneur avoid the word accountability because they don’t want to admit that their lack of results is really a reflection of the person is the mirror. We know this is an uncomfortable reminder. But it’s You Vs You.Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessmanProblems:  I don’t have to answer to anyone I am stressed  I am doing all I can. Success isn’t sexy
Even when you find your gift as an entrepreneur you begin to realize that your days start to look the same, and you no longer have to think about the task at hand; because it has become second nature! Most people think success is the receiving the blue check on Instagram or getting a million views on ticktok when in reality its the victories that no one sees that creates the true success. Becoming successful is a very repetitive task, sometimes very boring as well, and if you do it wrong you can feel stagnant in the process. The secret sauce in handling the repetition of success is keeping your core systems the same but adding variations to the process. The truth is, success isn’t sexy but the results after the grind and dedication always pays 10x the journey.Quote of the day: "The grind may go unnoticed but your results will not!Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman Problems: 1. Make your money work for you!
The word investing gets thrown around a lot when people talk about business but very few entrepreneurs truly understand the significance of investing their profits. Most entrepreneurs fail to realize that one compounding investment can eliminate the fear of going out of business forever and helps us hit our goals faster than we can imagine. But the million dollar question is when should an entrepreneur start investing? Now! The goal isn’t to work our way to financial freedom, the smart entrepreneurs invest their profits and let the compound effect do the rest! Quote of the day: "Do not save what is left after spending, spend what is left after saving." -Warren BuffetConnect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman Problems: I don’t know how to invest in the market I don’t have enough money to invest I don’t have enough time to invest Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/entrepreneurhood)

People Only Do What They’re Allowed!
As entrepreneurs we have all heard that you should know your value and stick to your standards but when times get hard, and our money starts to get short we go into survival mode. But we forget that when we bend on our standards we instantly lose our value and our credibility! It’s better to stay true to your standards and feel the pain than to bend your standards and lose your credibility. That why we believe “ People only do what they’re allowed “ Quote of the day: " The biggest mistake a small business can make is to think like a small business."Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman Problem: I just need the money right now  I’ll give them one more chance  I don’t want seem like a bad person Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/entrepreneurhood)

Why You Need “Work Life Balance”
One of the biggest misunderstandings we hear entrepreneurs and leaders say is that their goal is to obtain a good work life balance. This may sound good in theory until you are 20 years into your career still chasing that work life balance. As entrepreneurs we should not want a balance. We believe that there should be a time in your career where you work more than you have fun, and there should be a time where you have more fun than you work. We want to teach our fellow entrepreneurs how to create a work life harmony, not balance. Quote of the day: " Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won't, so you can live the rest of your life like most people can't!"Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman Problem: I don’t want to have to keep building my business forever  I feel like my business is stopping me from the things I enjoy  I want to start a family one day. Legacy is Forever!
On your journey to obtaining massive success us entrepreneurs need to know what our legacy move is going to be. Meaning when you are officially out of the game of business, what impact did you leave behind that will carry out your mission. After a certain level of success, no one cares about much money you have made, but everyone will remember the lives you have impacted. That’s why we believe legacy is forever!Quote of the day: “The goal isn’t to live forever but to create something that will.” -Chuck P.Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessmanProblems:  I am only one person. Run it up, Rinse, Repeat
The fear of not being qualified holds back more entrepreneurs from teaching, than most can imagine. When in reality, we don’t truly understand a topic until we can teach it to someone else. The art of teaching others is a skill that we want our fellow entrepreneurs to embrace as leaders. The name of the game is to first run it up, rinse & repeat! Quote of the day: "In teaching others , we teach ourselves" Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman Problem we discuss in this episode:  I don’t have enough status yet  I don’t have 6 or 7 figures yet I don’t think anyone will purchase my course. Change The Game
One of the biggest mistakes an entrepreneur can make is not adjusting along with their industry spectrum or better yet continue living off their past successes. We want our solopreneurs to know that what got you here may not be enough to get you to the next level of entrepreneurship. The only thing permanent in business and life is change. So when it comes to change we want our entrepreneurs to embrace it, get use to it, and most importantly, fall in love with it.  Quote of the day - Changes is a scary thing and it prevents a lot of our solopreneur from achieving their peak success. Problems:  I feel like my business is plateauing Running my business shouldn’t be this hard. If I had more money running my business would be easier. Side Hustle To Big Business
As an entrepreneur your work ethic should be a reflection of what season you are in. It is so easy for us as entrepreneurs to act like we are in a certain stage or season in business when our reality is completely different. Our goal of this episode is to educate our fellow entrepreneurs on what the different stages of business are and what actions should be made in each stage.  Quote of the day: Hustle - “To have the courage to go out until you find the opportunities you want in life”Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman 4 seasons of entrepreneurship: Side hustle season: dipping your toes into entrepreneurship but still working your 9-5 Solopreneur season: team of one as a full time entrepreneur. Your Brand Is Your Resume!
When you become an entrepreneur you are no longer judged by your resume because you are now the boss! Instead everyone judges you by your results and your brand. Getting rid of your resume is an extremely scary thing but having the autonomy to prove your worth without a piece of paper is one of the most gratifying feelings in business. That’s why we want our entrepreneurs to know that “Your Brand Is Your Resume!" The Power of One
When everything seems to be going wrong all you need is one person to enter your business to give you some momentum and propel you to heights you have never achieved. One loyal employee, client, or customer is all you need to build an empire. The best built houses are made one brick at a time. The best built businesses are built one loyal client at a time. 7 Streams of Income
Making more money is the name of the game but how we do it is even more important. We have noticed that many entrepreneurs tend to wear too many hats when it comes to making money. Instead of double down on their gift and finding different ways to expand on what they are already good at, they jump to another opportunity because they want to increase their income. Our goal is let our entrepreneurs know that they don’t need 7 different streams of income, but they can build one steam 7 different ways. Quote of the day: "Why would you be a jack of all trades when you can be the king of one?"  -KBTheTrainer Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman Problems discussed in this weeks episode: Entrepreneurs who think they need 7 different streams of income to become a millionaire. Leaders Lead No Matter What!

Consistency Always Wins!
As entrepreneurs we know the importance of consistency but a very few are willing to put in the work to be consistent. We sometimes expect people to support us on day one or even after a couple months after we start a new company. However, in order to gain traction we forget that recognition is earned from the daily grind of building our brand over time. Quote of day:“You’re focused on the outcome rather than the process.” Connect with Leahcim and Kb on the Entrepreneurhood Instagram or their personal pages. @TheEntrepreneurhood@KBthetrainer@Lay_the_businessman In this episode, we cover: You've already mentioned your business, so you think people should already know about it.  Not wanting to promote your business too much and seem annoying.  Wanting to be successful now and not having the patience for growth.  Resources: Do feel like you are doing all you can to grow your business but still need help? Do you want more time back in your personal life AND still be able to drive results in your company? Then your best move is to hire a virtual assistant just like KB and Leahcim.
