Saying NO, nicely is an important skill and I've found an easy tool to help you do this every single time! In the Introduction of The Power of a Positive No, William Ury says the following...In the introduction to the book, the author explains that there are three responses to someone who asks us to do something we don’t want to do.Accommodate: We say Yes when we want to say No. This usually comes when we value the relationship of the person making the request above the importance of our own interests.Attack: We say no poorly. This is a result of valuing our own interests above the importance of the relationship. Sometimes we are fearful or resentful of the request and overreact to the person asking.Avoidance: We say nothing at all. Because we are afraid of offending the other party, we say nothing, hoping the problem will go away. It rarely does. There is a solution and this is how I can now say no, and feel good about it, listen to my podcast to find out the steps I take and you can too. Remember, saying yes to someone else is saying no to you, a family member or your business. Saying no is saying YES to a higher priority. Remember this quote by Warren Buffet..."The difference between successful people and really successful people is really successful people say no to almost everything.

Episode 15...Multi Passionate and Yes, a Little Cray Cray!
Yes, I've done it again! I've started a new business, but I firmly believe that this is the time for this amazing tutoring business and I'm going to make it happen. See, I attempted to start this business three years ago, but the time was not right. Here's another example of thanking God for unanswered prayers. The big guy upstairs really knows what he's doing, why is it so hard to trust sometimes? I hope you enjoy this episode and always remember to go for it and reach for tomorrow every single day. Sometimes it's really scary, but that means you're doing it right! I hope you see through what I'm doing that I don't just talk the talk, but I walk the walk. How fake would it be if I talk week after week about following your dreams and stepping outside of your comfort Zone, but I don't do that very thing? Well, here I go!

Times are SO crazy right now, but you need to accept the new crazy and move on every single day with purpose! Times will never be the same again, this is just a fact, but embrace this time and look to your future with hope and with a thankful heart. In my opinion, there's no better time to start a business than right now.
