For nearly twenty (20 years), Kendall has owned and operated Ficklin & Associates, Inc. In this capacity, he serves as Coach and Consultant providing, Leadership Development, Corporate Training, and Professional Development Workshops for Secondary Educational Institutes as well as Parent Engagement Seminars. While based in Atlanta, GA, Kendall has established a strong clientele and led a broad array of professional development and training sessions with major corporations such as Delta, Home Depot, Arby’s, HoneyBaked Ham, and PepsiCo, as well as workshop facilitation and coaching with AT&T, The Atlanta Dream, and United Way, respectively. As an author of four published books, Kendall continues to change the lives of others through his literary works known as: “Rise & Grind: Good Isn’t Good Enough”, “Ladies Rise & Grind: Empowering and Inspiring You to Amazing” “The Students Guide 2 GREATNESS” and his latest book, “Your Work Has to Match Your Want: Your Guide To GREAT.” As a committed servant-leader, Kendall actively advises and serves as a member of Southeastern Association of Facilitators and Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity. He is also a Certified Youth Work Methods Trainer at The David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality and is currently obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.ASc) specializing in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.
