Western Sydney Real Estate In 2020 W/ Wayne Teudt
In this episode I talk with local Real Estate agent Wayne Teudt. Wayne has 40 years of experience in the industry covering St Mary's, Erskine Park, St Clair and most areas around Western Sydney. So I thought it be a good idea to have him on to discuss what the market is like in Western Sydney during a year that has proven to be difficult to deal with globally. With how 2020 is going you would be right to think there would be a negative impact on the market. However, as you will hear from Wayne, it hasn't been as bad as what the media would make it out. Wayne breaks down everything from how the current changes affect property, the industry reaction to changes and tips for buyers and sellers during these uncertain times. If you have any questions please feel free to visit Wayne at Professionals Erskine Park. Shop 27, Erskine Park Shopping Centre, Cnr Swallow & Peppertree Drives, Erskine Park NSW 2759. Or contact him on 0412 462 672. He is more than willing to help. And follow me on social media by following the link: https://linktr.ee/elliottranson See you on the next episode.

Talking To Hayley And Samuel From The Facing It Podcast
Had a great chat to Hayley and Samuel from the Facing it Podcast. We talk about where the idea started for their podcast, their own lived experience with mental ill-health, whats the reaction been to the podcast and plans they have for the podcast. I believe their podcast is a must to listen to. Especially as we start to have more open conversations on the subject of mental ill-health. The more we understand and know, the better equipped we will be to not only deal with mental ill-health for ourselves, but better be in a position to really help friends and family who may be dealing with mental ill-health. To find out everything that they are up to and how to listen and connect with them, you can go to their website www.facingitpodcast.com Not only will you find ways to listen to them and connect but you will also find some great information and links to help better educate yourself on the topic of mental ill-health. And you can click here to connect and follow on all my social media.
