Mr. & Mrs. Smith... (& Co.)
Ask and you shall receive, Folks... Despite the fact that Eden & Elsa both feel like this whole thang is no one's business but theirs, August, Jada, and Will's business is now officially in the street. Asked for their take, E&E got to talking: open marriages, age/gender dynamics, and - or yes - "entanglement." It's all on the (red) table, but their thoughts might surprise you!

Insecure Recap: Losing It Over "Lowkey Lost"
Love lost and found and lost again. One woman pregnant while another new mom makes a run for it. Friends fighting then finding they need each other.Everyone super happy only to be super crushed at the end...My goodness! The last three episodes of Season 4 of "Insecure" had it all. In this episode, Eden & Elsa give their (very different) takes on whether or not Issa and Lawrence should still try and make it work despite Condola's pregnancy. The ladies also discuss whether Issa should entertain that sexy-voiced Nathan again (they both agree on that accent! A+ work there, Mr. Nathan) or just keep it moving manless for awhile, and touch on Tiffany's postpartum breakdown and Molly and Andrew's break-up.

America Is A Mess.
Eden & Elsa unpack the events of the last month, specifically the last two and a half weeks of nationwide protests following the murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, as well as the most recent killing of Rayshard Brooks at the hands of police -- not to mention the sudden rise in lynchings of Black men explained away as suicides. What year is this again? Hard to tell when our history isn't even taught right in this country. Oh yeah: E&E get into that too.

RoRo Got Us Loco 🙃
With coronavirus sweeping the globe, it's no wonder many people are experiencing high levels of anxiety - some for the very first time. E&E are no exception. On this episode of "Eden & Elsa," the ladies speak to Elsa's cousin, noted psychologist Dr. Tangela Roberts. An Assistant Professor of Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University, Dr. Tangi gives it to us straight about what anxiety is and isn't, how to cope, and how having it can be a good thing too... especially as we deal with the fallout of a global pandemic. (She also talks trash TV, ferrets, and proper grits etiquette - but that's just because we got her talking... Totally unrelated).

That 'Rona 😳
Well, 💩 just got real. It was all good just a week (or two ago), but coronavirus has spread across the world and is now a global pandemic. "Social distancing" isn't just for the introverts anymore; it's  mandated by the government. Many grocery stores are barren and toilet paper is a hot commodity. Crazy how quick life can change. E&E discuss.
