Whether you prefer your hobbies to be calming or exciting, hands-on or virtual, social or solo, there's something out there for the little child in all of us! However, our guest today talks about the meditative, primal nature of her hobby, ceramics, and it does make us intrigued to get our hands on some clay (or slime...or floam...). Whether it’s the school year coming to an end, or your favorite TV show airing its last episode,  all good things come to an end. #GIRLTALK: Periods & Sexual Health
We have a lot of complicated feelings about our period. We’re no longer the shy teenagers at school who whispered about our periods, but we’re not necessarily the biggest fans of the monthly ritual either, especially not when it comes with cramps, acne, and mood swings. However, we DO love relating with other women and all people with periods about our shared experiences for all things “taboo”, including gynocologist exams and STD tests! Tune in to hear us connect with Melinda and Uma from @lets.sync.health about periods & sexual health. Let's Sync is a platform & community to learn and chat on all things gender and health in an open, inclusive, and encouraging way. They believe that together, we can all become more informed and confident on these topics. Their IG features a lot of cool resources so go check out their page @lets.sync.health!Support the show (https://ko-fi.com/eatyourcrust)

Friendship Life-Cycles
Recently we've experienced some changes in our approach to friendships and the life cycles of friendships themselves. Whether this is due to our age creeping through the mid-twenties, the long distance we're experiencing between more and more of our friendships, or even the general lack of time we feel with work taking up a larger part of our work day, making new friends and balancing time between friendships is becoming a bigger challenge in our day to day. Today we discuss how we've been dealing with all of these things and share some of the ways we've been tackling changes in our personal friendship as well! This is the last episode of 2021! Thank you so much for your support and love, and for hanging out with us every Wednesday this year. We will be back with a new season on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022, so keep your eyes peeled for a fresh episode from us!
