Be Excellent to Each Other
The Dudes are back, and it's been a disaster.  Lunatics are on the loose, Dr. Fauci throws like a little girl and a doctor pushing Hydroxychloroquine believes in demons and witchcraft.  We depress ourselves seeing how old Bill and Ted look, and we take on an "expert" in the soccer community.  But there is a message through all of this craziness.

Bowling for Hats
We feel threatened this week, as the mask debate rages on, and assholes abound. The State Fair of Texas is closed but some shitty carnival is open across the street from Nick, and he's pissed. And we remember the good times, ya know like when we were still able to go bowling and play at the arcade and some junk.

2020 Deserves a New A-Hole
The world is on fire so the Dudes are back. We talk NASCAR, the RUMOR that Nick was in a cult, Rob tells Dallas Judge Clay Jenkins where to stuff it, a preview of Chappelle's new special 8:46, and some other random stuff... we don't really remember. We were drinking. Enjoy. Also, we are now officially on YouTube, so be sure to find us there, just search Dudes From Dallas.

Episode 52 - Voting is Sexy and Triggering
Sorry for the extended break, life sometimes gets in the way, even when it’s a passion project.  The Hogg-Free zone rule gets broken and Rob Rotten is triggered.  Chadwick Boseman, Zoe Kravitz, Chris Evans Team Up for March for Our Lives Voting PSA and try to make voting sexy by throwing in as many double entendres as possible.  Double entendres are fun, but when you’re trying to ruin the lives of people, it’s probably not the best way to convey your message. High School is hard, so hard … in fact, it’s so hard that Lesbian couples persuade a Texas high school to get rid of homecoming kings and queens, and replace them with gender neutral names.  Ever wondered where your state ranks on the “sex-crazed” scale?  Well, thanks to Four Loko, you can find out … and according to the results, size doesn’t matter. “Archer” voice actor H. Jon Benjamin is in hot water for a joke he tweeted.  Snowflakes get triggered, and obviously miss the point of the joke completely. Episode 50 - Nerdgasms, Weed and Sexual Perversions
It's our 50th episode!  Thank you to all of you who listen to us, support us and allow us to do what we do on the show.  As a special treat, we have an extended episode for you.  In the near future, you may be able to hear us live (while still able to download the podcast) and have great stuff to purchase. Start your weekend right with Nick Vicious and Rob Rotten, who are the Dudes From Dallas … giving you all the news and funny you need to get your weekend going. We start with a collective nerdgasm, as more details of the Patrick Stewart-led new Captain Picard series for CBS All Access. #MeToo has hammered CBS hard as of late, and Les Moonves resigned from his leadership role within the company … and now the hidden enemies from the eyeball network are making their voices heard.  A producer from the hit show “Designing Women” comes forward to recount what Moonves did to her back when she was working on the show. Moonves’ wife, Julie Chen, who is the host of Big Brother and now a former co-host of The Talk, is standing with her man and stating it publicly on the air by saying something she’s never said in her career. President Trump is in the news, as always, but we’re not going to beat you over the head with all the heavy stuff … however, he’s making millions of dollars a year while in office … but not from a salary, but from his resorts and golf courses. Nike boycotts have backfired in epic ways, as the company’s stock continues to climb. Elon Musk is still a douchebag, and now he’s under federal scrutiny and it may cost him his government contracts.  He’s proof that the government has not moved on from smoking weed, as Musk did on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Would you want to bring people back from the dead?  New research is yielding results that could very well “reboot” the brain in brain dead patients.  Where’s the line to playing God? The Dudes think that if you’re going to have something like that, we want it in an Umbrella Corporation vile. Rob Rotten makes a push for Glenn Beck to become Colonel Sanders … he certainly looks the part. A Wisconsin university is under pressure to change its official ice cream, because it’s not inclusive enough for students.  You may think one thing, but when you get the details, you may change your mind. Fortnite is ruining marriages in the UK … too many people preferring joysticks to their spouse. Episode 49 - Only a Stoner Would Revise History and Fail at Design
It’s Humpday, and the Dudes are back with more goodness for your ears. Willie Nelson has pissed off conservatives in Texas, but not for what you would think.  He has decided to play a show for Senate candidate Robert Francis O’Rourke. Rob Rotten is not a fan of the candidate, but could care less about who Willie performs for.  The Senate race in Texas is going to be a dogfight between O’Rourke and Ted Cruz. Revisionist history is becoming a problem in Texas, with people wanting to remove Hillary Clinton and Helen Keller from Social Studies classes, and the big issue is people wanting to change how the defenders of the Alamo are viewed by history.  Texas History teaches that the people who defended the Alamo are heroes of Texas, as their struggle rallied the troops to win the war for independence. However, people want that changed, insisting they were anything but heroic. The problem is, Texas History is different from other history courses. Nick Vicious shocks everyone by actually agreeing with Texas Governor Greg Abbott on an issue.  It’s not an issue you would expect, but it’s an issue that we can all find to be important to our everyday lives. FEMA is testing a new Presidential Alert System, and the Dudes break down what it is, how it’s supposed to work and attempt to alleviate any concerns that Trump will be using it to blast fake news. For a mere $525 a month, you can have the most amazing studio apartment in the country.  Full disclosure, you probably won’t want it, and the Dudes will tell you why. Episode 48 - Bad Boys! Whatcha Gonna Do?
It’s Monday, and Nick Vicious is back on the show!     That’s right boys and girls, Nick Vicious is back and the Dudes are reunited.    Nick contemplates $650 tickets to see Lindsey Buckingham play, and Rob thinks that’s a waste without the rest of Fleetwood Mac … and Rob Rotten is not a fan of The Rocket Summer.  It’s an otherwise heavy day with the Dudes, as they break down the latest in the saga of the Dallas police officer who shot and killed her neighbor while off duty, claiming he was an intruder in her apartment … though she was in the wrong place.  Be sure to visit our sponsors, get free and discounted stuff: go to gameflyoffer.com/dudesfromdallas and get a free 30-day trial subscription to play video games on any console and handheld you desire.  If you wanna save money on nerdy stuff, go to trylootcrate.com/dudesfromdallas and use the promo code bridge10 to save 10% on a new subscription.  Pick your crate and save money.  Tell your friends and help them find the show on Stitcher, iTunes or Google Podcasts. Be sure to follow Dudes from Dallas on all the social media platforms and share with all of your friends. Episode 47 - Takin it Off in Strange Places
Humpday shenanigans are happening with the Dudes From Dallas.  Nobody thinks about what strippers are forced to do outside of the club, but we share some stories on the more unusual places they get paid to take it off … some of them you may not see coming. Speaking of strippers, a Chinese principal is out of a job after a most inappropriate welcoming ceremony for a group of kindergarten students.  Hint: If you’re on the flag pole, make sure the flag isn’t flying. A Georgia charter school is bringing back paddling … so bad students better be ready with extra underwear. Disney is launching a campaign for Oscar nominations, because they think they deserve everything and a 90s cartoon may find itself heading to the big screen.  We break down the possible return of Captain Planet. Episode 46 - Toxic Masculinity and the NFL
Welcome to a new week with the Dudes From Dallas.  Nick Vicious is having technical problems, so Rob Rotten is flying solo again today … but fear not, there’s a lot to talk about.  What does masculinity look like?  What does it feel like?  Are you afraid of #MeToo?  Well, men can pay $895 at 'Male Feminism Camp' to cope with their own toxicity. A West Virginia weather girl attacked the station’s TV news anchor — cracking her skull in a wild brawl — because the anchor accused her of hitting on her husband. Twitter permanently banned Alex Jones, after the prominent conspiracy theorist violated the platform’s policies on abusive behavior by tweeting out a video of himself heckling the CNN reporter Oliver Darcy.  Needless to say, Alex is not handling it well. The 2018 NFL season kicked off, and Rob Rotten looks at the ratings, protests and Colin Kaepernick being the face of Nike’s “Just Do It” campaign. Episode 45 - Learn How To Act Right
It’s Friday, and the Dudes have some very important lessons for you heading into the weekend. One event we all will have to attend at some point in our lives is a funeral.  It sucks, but it’s how life is.  It has come to our attention that people don’t know how to behave themselves at funerals anymore.  It’s almost like Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson and Will Ferrell ruined funeral etiquette in the movie Wedding Crashers.  Bill Clinton eye f-cks Ariana Grande while a pastor feels her up at Aretha Franklin’s funeral, while Meghan McCain spews Trump hatred at her father’s funeral and Trump people complain about their seats. To show what we as humans should be like, the Dudes tell the story about Caleb Hammond, an 11-year-old racing fan who was overwhelmed by response to request for stickers to cover his casket.  Caleb has been fighting B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia for two years, and he and his family have decided it’s time to stop treatments.  But Caleb had a wish, and that was to have his casket covered with stickers from race teams.  Various drivers and teams from NASCAR answered the call and shipped far more than his family could handle.  Nick Vicious tells a story involving weed and Arizona police.  Did he go to jail?  Listen to find out. Episode 44 - Pardon Our Absence
We apologize for our extended absence, we promise it won’t happen again … for a while at least. It’s a Texas-Centered episode from the Dudes From Dallas today, but fret not, what we share with you will resonate no matter where you live.  A pair of neighbors get into an argument over trash in an alley way, and the lesson “Never bring trash to a gun fight” is learned. Eric Grubbs from the Dallas Observer joins the Dudes to talk about Senate candidate, Democrat “Beto” O’Rourke, and his previous life as a musician … we found the tape of his band playing, and you won’t want to miss it. A Galveston man is looking for an “Escape” from his wife … so he hires a prostitute.  Who the lady of the evening turns out to be will leave you shocked. The Dudes also share some Final Thoughts on the latest news. Episode 43 - Tacos, Mexican or American?
Head into the weekend with the Dudes From Dallas! Tucker Carlson loses his mind over Tacos and we take the time to mock him relentlessly.  Fox News host Tucker Carlson went on a rant about who tacos really belong to during an interview with Univision anchor Enrique Acevedo.  Carlson and Acevedo were discussing the recent controversy over the owner of Houston restaurant El Tiempo Cantina posting a photo with Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who had dined at the restaurant. Disgraced actor Kevin Spacey is enduring a career low at the box office.  His new movie, Billionaire Boys Club earned a mere $126.  Someone is gonna get fired for pushing this movie through. Nick and Rob are trying out a new Friday bit, The Ridiculous Rewind.  A city in Columbia is asking people to fight a heat wave by not having sex.  A prison couple forms a suicide pact and screw it up. Episode 42 - Religion Inc. Files Chapter 11
It’s Humpday with the Dudes From Dallas … and in that spirit, we’re going to be talking a lot about humping.  Sadly, it’s not the good kind … But don’t let that discourage you, because you’re gonna like what we say about the aforementioned humping.  It’s a bad week for religion, Uganda police arrested an American man, who claimed to be in the country doing missionary work, after reviewing a video that showed him striking out at hotel workers and using racial slurs.  He blames an illness, but could it be more?  We’ve all heard and read about the Pennsylvania Catholic Priests and the situation there.  However, there are some details that you may not be aware of, details that involve a “Bat-signal” of sorts.  Pennsylvania’s two-year investigation into sexual abuse within the Roman Catholic church revealed myriad disturbing details of abuse by hundreds of priests going back several decades.  Among the more horrific examples was a “ring of predatory priests” in Pittsburgh who shared victims among themselves, produced child pornography within rectories and parishes, and marked their victims as potential targets for other clergy by giving them gold crosses to wear.  If that wasn’t enough, the Catholic church has now become a hotspot of the #MeToo movement.  Several Nuns have spoken out to the Associated Press and revealed they too have been the victims of sexual abuse at the hands of priests.  The sisters are going public in part because of years of inaction by church leaders.  Sexual abuse, abortions and blaming the victim are all apart of this story.  We, as a society, are headed towards a meltdown.  Consider this, in Australia, COLES stores around the country were closed for more than three hours one morning due to a technical glitch affecting the supermarket’s cash registers.  It’s understood the issue was nationwide but not all stores were closed. Coles did not inform customers of the store closures through Facebook or Twitter, and because of that, people all over the country lost their minds, venting frustrations online.
