Previously on Dracul: Catherine spent the day out with Laidee Alwoof and Woomane Lousty, gaining a total makeover to help show her change of character! The three were ecstatic to reacquaint as they readied themselves for the upcoming ball that evening. Dracul spent the entire day sleeping, of course, having flashbacks of his past life when he was Ulric. We now know that he and Philippe were far more than friends, but lovers, as he was the first to break Ulric’s heart until Veronica showed up. She had quite a viscous temper and was quick to become jealous. The episode ends with Catherine showing up to the ball shortly after Dracul, as he whispers her name across the ballroom, which she instantly hears. Hello there, Draculants! Did you think I abandoned you? Haha silly you, you little silly billy of COURSE I WOULD NOT DO SUCH A THING! I simply just had a lot on my plate as always, but you are always on my mind. ALWAYS. Next week is my graduation, then off to graduate school! To be honest, I'm in a bit of a dry spell when it comes to composing new music and writing, but I'm sure that'll be no more once I'm done with school! Previously on Dracul: Catherine went to go check in on Dracul to see how he was doing after nearly DYING earlier on in the day. Once she did, she was shocked to see what state his room was in as it was the complete opposite of what she had expected from him. They sat down and chatted for a short while as he began lavishing her with compliments. After telling her that he was glamoured by her, which she didn’t seem to take seriously, his eyes began to change and reflect her eye color. Happy New Year to all you, fellow Draculants! Previously on Dracul: Catherine saved Dracul from boiling to death underneath the sun. Thinking he was dead, Dracul felt relieved, but upon realizing he was alive, and in Catherine’s company, he grew melancholic. Knowing that Catherine wished she hadn’t seen his ultimate state, he tried to enchant her in hopes that she would forget, but she wouldn’t allow it. Dracul admitted to her that he would protect her at all costs, calming her down which led to Catherine becoming very sleepy as she rested against Dracul before throwing him out of her room in an embarrassed state of mind. After clearing her head, Catherine decided to go check up on Dracul. Hello there, my dear Draculants! We are nearing a whole new year already and yet it seems like I just uploaded my first episode a few days ago. I apologize for the lack of episodes lately: not only was I under a dry spell of writer's block, but I was also preoccupied with school. However, I hope that as I am nearing the end of my undergrad, I will have more time to entertain you all, my dear listeners, with more episodes! The minute my schedule was cleared up, I got straight into writing, recording, editing, and revising this episode and future episodes!  Thank you all for being with me for this long, for being with Catherine as she battles with Dracul and Sartrum, and she befriends Funani and Zazu. As a gift for you all, the following episode will be much longer AND very juicy!! I'm talking like GASP type of juicy, so keep you're eyes peeled like a lemon as you delve further into the World of Dracul! I shall see you in the next episode, stay safe and healthy!

Previously on Dracul: We explored the world through Sartrum’s eyes, discovering that he has unresolved trauma from the torture he experienced via Dracula’s hand. He practically went absolute bonkers prior to his unexpected visit to Catherine, showing up completely unkempt and unhinged. As Dracul was able to successfully scare Sartrum away for the time being, he found a letter written to Catherine by Laidee Alwoof, discovering her future plans for attending the upcoming ball. Days are getting busy, busy, busy! I can assure you that I am still recording and editing as much as possible to get episodes out for your listening pleasure! Without you, dear Draculant, there would be no Dracul. And a world without Dracul is too calm... where would the you know... VAMPIRIC chaos be? NO WHERE, is the answer. NO. WHERE. Previously on Dracul: Catherine had received another letter from Wooman Lousty and Laidee Alwoof, telling her where to meet them tomorrow in preparation for the ball. Though delighted, Catherine became heavy-hearted when reminiscing on times when she would go with Dracul. Later on in the day, a disheveled Sartrum had made his way over the Mansion Castle place of residence and tried to force himself on Catherine, casting his magic over Catherine’s bedroom door so that Zazu could not come to her aid. Dracul came from underground and scared away Sartrum with a truly unholy sight, collapsing on the ground after Sartrum left as the sun began to kill him. TW: This episode contains references of violent content that may be disturbing to some listeners. I acknowledge that this content may be difficult and encourage you to do what is best for you. Hello there, my friends! This is the very first episode where we follow Sartrum's perspective to see why he showed up so disheveled and desperate to get Catherine back. I experimented a bit in this episode to make it seem more "horrific" than others due to the estranged nature of Sartrum's past, which he is reliving. Sounds like a lot of trauma is going on (hint: because there is!) I hope that everyone is staying as safe and healthy as they can in these trying times. We must remember that we are stronger together and weaker divided.  I hope you thoroughly enjoy this episode, as there are more to come! Previously on Dracul: Catherine had painted a very unsettling image that chilled even Zazu to the core whilst Dracul found it comforting. Funani thanked Catherine for her hospitality and was able to walk around and feel better due to his love’s medicines that he carried with himself, then took it upon himself to leave the “enemy’s” domain. Catherine’s mind was filled with Funani, causing jealousy to rise within Dracul as he confessed his “feelings” once more for Catherine. He told her of how Veronica would have been jealous of her for she, Catherine, was his true partner and only one for him. The two then ended the night in a fit of passion and longing for one another. Good morning / afternoon / evening to you! I've been taking a long time to review the scripts of future episodes for this podcast in order to really think about what I want my next step to be. I want to make Dracul as entertaining to you as it is to me, which is why I've been lacking in putting out new episodes lately. I promise I have not forgotten about any of you! I can see that this podcast is growing both in my country and in others, such as Germany, and I am so grateful for each and every one of you! I hope you are all staying safe in these historic times. Previously on Dracul: Dracul brought the beaten Funani back to his castle mansion place of residence and placed him in one of the rooms, and went to Catherine to help nurse Funani back to a stable condition. The next morning, Catherine brought breakfast for her and Funani while they chatted for a while. Though Catherine knows very well about Funani’s love back home, it seems that her heart is battling her mind. Hello, everyone! I am ALIIIVE!!! I apologize for the very large gap in between this episode and the last. I've been incredibly busy with university as I have also been unsatisfied with some of my writing for Dracul. Of course, I'm not talking about the episodes that I've released, but the one's that I have yet to. I don't like where I'm at with it so far, so I'm brainstorming on how to get back on track with an even better storyline. Do be patient with me! There is also another project I've been working on... a book! Though this book has nothing to do with The World of Dracul, it is also a story that I have been developing in my mind for years now and only just have the courage to write it. Yes, it is also fiction and yes, it is a novel (or at least it will be.) So in between school, organizations I'm a part of, my podcast, and my book, I have a lot on my plate, not to mention work.  However, I hope that you are all doing well, nonetheless! Previously on Dracul: Catherine spent the day *almost* alone, seeing that she had the pleasant company of Zazu there with her as she took a break from all of the chaos in her life. An old friend reached out to her via letter, wanting to meet up with her again and she hastily agreed to both a girl’s day and a make-over. Later that evening Dracul went to find the drunkard who had harassed Catherine twice within the past five years and many more women, for sure. Funani showed up and the two fought over the man’s life, which ultimately met its demise in Dracul’s hands as Funani tried to process just how strong Dracul is. Previously on Dracul: Funani hesitantly accepted that Catherine made the decision to go back to her room in Dracul’s mansion castle place of residence, which she considers to be her home. Being pushed to her limits, it seems as though Catherine was becoming numb until Dracul became too excited to have her in his reach, causing him to overstep her boundaries. She then snapped at Dracul in a fit of rage and exhaustion, finally getting her message across to him. As she then began to settle back into her room, she noticed that her flower vase was filled once more. Good morning / afternoon / evening, my Draculants! Or perhaps I should stick with "listeners" or "friends"? Mm... nah, you're Draculant-worthy! :) I hope you are all doing well and keeping healthy in pandemic times!  I'm sorry for not releasing an episode last month, for my life has recently gotten busier each day. Do forgive me! If not, well, oopsie-daisy! I also just purchased a new microphone to use specifically for this podcast, so I must play around with it and figure out how to use it. My heart goes out to men, women, and children in Afghanistan under this unruly time; please do what you can to bring awareness and sign petitions / donate to these families if you can. If you are a believer, please pray; if you are not, please hope and have hope. I know just how stressful life can be, which is why it is so imperative that we treat ourselves kindly and take breaks when we need to as to avoid getting burnt out. Previously on Dracul: Funani took Catherine to a calm, open-late cafe in the town plaza where he talked more about his love life to help get Catherine’s mind off of things. It worked for a while as they drank their espressos until they were rudely interrupted by the creepy, wide man from the first episode. It was then that Dracul had revealed himself, shielding Catherine from him. Funani then saved the man from meeting his demise that night and questioned whether he really knew Dracul’s true intentions. Remember to continue to stay safe out there from both illnesses and in general just stay safe! I hope you are all doing well and better if you've had a rough time lately. Previously on Dracul: Sartrum was struggling to process the fact that Dracul had been glamoured by Catherine and was only able to come to his senses when dragged inside by a frustrated Funani. Catherine, tired of both Sartrum and Dracul, welcomed Funani’s company and learned more about his history and background on how he came to be a lycanthrope. When finished, Funani could no longer bear to see Catherine be tortured by the two and took her away from the entire situation at hand. Good morning, afternoon, evening, Draculants! Here is a fun fact that I found out while doing some research for this episode: espressos became popular in Italy circa 1901 when they were first introduced to the espresso machines! Personally, I love coffee but I only drink it with soy milk and if it's decaf, as well! I used to be able to drink coffee, but it just gets me anxious now, haha, but I still love the taste, hence the decaf. Do you like coffee? If so, what drinks? For example, I enjoy mochas and macchiatos. <3 I hope you are staying safe and healthy in this crazy time. Previously on Dracul: It has been revealed that Funani is the lycanthrope who tackled Dracul onto the ground, claiming that his duty is to protect mankind from the evil clutches of the vampire. Afterwards, Sartrum coaxed Catherine into confessing how exactly she is attracted to Dracul. She then hastily excused herself to rant with Zazu while Dracul absent-mindedly admits that he is, indeed, glamoured by Catherine, who is just a human. Good morning, afternoon, or evening to you all! I hope you are all feeling very positive and staying safe. I do want to apologize if I mispronounced anything in this podcast; I was doing research to see how to pronounce certain words, such as unKulukulu, and names, but, ultimately, I couldn't find many reliable resources. I also wanted to apologize for posting this episode so late, I've been having quite a busy semester in school; however, I already have future episodes written out! Previously on Dracul: Sartrum confronted Dracul outside of his house as Catherine was asleep in his bedroom. A fight then broke out between the two, which Sartrum nearly lost his life in, and would have if it weren't’ for Catherine, who intervened at either the right, or wrong, time. As Dracul was trying to convince her to leave with him, a wolf-like creature tackled Dracul onto the ground with great power. Good morning, afternoon, or evening, my friends! I apologize for not uploading last month, but I'm here now! I hope you all are staying safe in this pandemic by wearing your mask when you go out, staying six feet away from others, and just overall doing what is best for you and those around you! It was a pretty crazy start to 2021 here in the U.S.A., so that just gives even more reason to stay safe and hopeful for a better future this year and the following years.  If you need a break from the stress of this world, are wanting to hear a story, needing a background sound for when you're doing work / homework, or if you're bored then come to the World of Dracul! Previously on Dracul: Over a period of weeks, Dracul has been in a drunken frenzy-like state, feeding on anyone he could find, which is very much unlike him. All while doing this, Sartrum and Catherine have been getting closer as she finds life to be a bit more bearable than when she found out that all of Dracul’s feelings were a lie. After spending time apart from each other, Dracul had decided that it was finally time to pay Catherine a visit. Good day / morning / afternoon / evening / winter solstice / summer solstice / spring thing / earth life, my friends! I do apologize for such a late episode. This took me months to edit and mix and, quite frankly, I wanted to get it out ASAP! Forgive me!! How is school, your job, or life in general going? It's been a really rough year for everyone, so please remember to stay safe, treat yourself, wear a mask, and be kind to yourself. As cheesy as it is, it's true when they say that there is always a rainbow after it rains.  Hang in there, take a break from reality by entering the world of Dracul! Previously on Dracul: Sartrum had given Catherine a new place to stay, which was with him at a brick house he had made in an undisclosed location, surrounded by nature. Though ecstatic to have her around, Catherine was still trying to process everything that happened the night prior, leaving her with sadness and anger as she learns to deal with heartbreak for the first time. We also come to see that Dracul is taking Catherine’s removal harder than we might have expected him to, seeing that he cannot love humans. I hope everyone is staying safe, happy, and healthy! If you are in the U.S. and are of legal age, please VOTE!! These can be stressful times for us all so why not unwind with you're favorite past times and immerse yourself into the World of Dracul? 

Previously on Dracul: Sartrum had told Catherine all about his background and how he came to be. That he isn’t only vampire and human, but he is also goblin, which says a lot about his magical powers and green puffs of smoke. It was also revealed to both Catherine and all of us that vampires cannot feel any love for humans, which means Dracul cannot feel love for Catherine. Sartrum thought it would be best to take Catherine out of such a hostile environment to then care for her, himself. I hope you all are taking a moment to yourselves every day just to release any tension or stress you may have. Need a break from everything? Escape into the World of Dracul, where fantasy meets the real world. Sure we're only a decade ahead of their time, but the more you listen, the more present in there time you will be!

Previously on Dracul: Dracul had gone to check up on Catherine to see that Sartrum had gifted her Zazu, the colored eye raven. It was only a short time until Sartrum returned to Catherine’s room, for he had forgotten to ask her something. This resulted in some bickering, causing Catherine to leave the room so the two could sort things out. After some more bickering, Dracul and Sartrum decided it was in Catherine’s best interest to know absolutely EVERYTHING. I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this pandemic! If you're in California or anywhere that is experience excessive heat / fires, I hope you are surviving against this heat! Previously on “Dracul”: Dracul kissed Catherine goodbye as he had to go back to his own room after the first night of the love festival. Sartrum then visited her during the day, giving her a gift to make up for the fact that he could not be the one to accompany her to said festival. This gift happened to be a colored eye raven that goes by the name of Zazu; her purpose is to protect and be there as a friend of Catherine for however long Catherine lives. However, as Dracul woke up in his coffin room, Zazu seemed confused as to what this presence was and what its intentions were for Catherine. I hope you all are doing okay during this crazy time! Wear your mask when you go out if your country / state / city requires you to do so. Protect others and yourself. Sign a petition or two, maybe even twenty. Speak up for those who are silenced. Pick up a new hobby this week if you are still in quarantine! Previously on Dracul: Catherine found out that Dracul had gotten into her mind the day prior, telling him to, basically, cut it out. They then got ready to have a fun evening at the Romance Festival in town, only to run into Funani, who Dracul suspects to be a supernatural creature. I hope you all are enjoying the amount of time we have been given to relax from this quarantine! Pick up a book, learn a new hobby, play with makeup, sign a few petitions, and finally get back into learning guitar! Do something to keep busy as we protect others and, hopefully, preventing the spread of this virus so that we may all get back to our lives sooner than later.  The Dracul team supports both the LGBTQ+ community as well as the Black Lives Matter Movement. This is a safe, accepting, and loving space for our listeners. 

Previously on Dracul: Sartrum revealed to Catherine that he isn't exactly a human nor is he a vampire, but a fixed mixture of both. He tried to make a move on Catherine, which she blatantly rejected, so he left out of embarrassment. Dracul then showed up in her room later that evening to apologize and ensure Catherine that he means her no harm. I hope you all enjoy this episode!
