We are back from a short Break with the doing the most podcast. After weeks of reflection, I’ve come to one key realization: WE ARE NOT OKAY. Now that we have acknowledged here’s what we will do next.

Once I was able to call myself out on this feeling I started to dive into solutions to get out of my head. And eventually out of my own way. In this episode, I dive into the importance of feeling a true sense of belonging and community in your life.  While on this journey I started reading about Belonging and Community. One of my favorite books that I read specifically on this topic was Braving the Wilderness by Brene Brown. In the book, Brene Brown quoted Maya Angelou “You are only free when you realize you belong no place you belong every place, no place at all. The price is high the reward is great”.
