She approaches her anti-oppression work through grassroots organizing and transformative justice. Dr. Kim holds a PhD in Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley — go bears! go ethnic studies! — and her incredible body of work has appeared in Vice, Teen Vogue, NPR, Harpers, The Believer Magazine, and quoted and referenced in so many different spaces.
