A good example shared by Doug is, “When content editors use WYSIWYG editors they don’t realize that as the enter content into the editor, code is actually being created in the back end. Knowing this helps content editors to Realize the power they have at their fingertips.” Doug goes on to explain how this approach helps editors be more cautious when implementing content and ultimately eliminates many potential accessibility issues. Virgil and Doug discussed other bad practices that they often see, and techniques and tools people can use to mitigate these risks and ensure you are always creating an inclusive customer experience!
