Ever take time off with the intention of continuing certain daily routines only to fall short?  This exact thing happened to me recently and it didn't feel good. I started to felt guilty for not getting more done.  😏 But something interesting happened when I returned home from my time off.  This concept will tell you what that was and how time off is NOT a waste of time!  

We can gain a lot from the necessary and sometimes unpleasant or tedious things in life -- that is if we learn to accept them and acknowledge their yet unseen purpose. In this episode, you'll hear a couple of examples and learn how you can use this idea to move through the tedious stuff of life more gracefully.

It's so easy to live life on autopilot, allowing circumstances to tell you how to feel.  But it doesn't have to be that way. When you take control of your attitude and detach your mood from what is going on around you, you can change your life in incredible ways.  Courage Concept #107 tells you how to do this.

What ceilings have you unconsciously built that have kept you from achieving your goals?  These limits are self-created and can be removed once you recognize they are illusory.  This concept will help you build confidence in yourself and remove limiting beliefs so that you can pursue and achieve that which is most important to you.

Do you hesitate to ask for what you want or need? Whatever your reasons for not asking, the answer is a sure no. This concept will help you stop tolerating what life gives you and ask for what you want.
