Episode 12: Chelsea Andrews

Chelsea Andrews is a Midwestern, evangelical conservative Christian who facilitates training in ‘civil discourse.’ With a combination of self-taught CBT research, negotiation theory, and meta cognition, Chelsea hopes to use what she’s learned to help our country speak more cordially and honestly with one another. At 28 years old, she acknowledges the tension between imposter syndrome and sharing a philosophy that she believes could change our country.
