However, what if you made a reservation with yourself to check in regularly with yourself and be self-aware of your current state?  This EP is about recognizing who you are and thinking inwardly when things are going well and when things are not. This is me! This episode is so raw and so real. I decided to truly share my story about loved ones lost and how I neglected myself and was losing myself last year. The Struggle is Real, especially when you do not take care of yourself by putting everything else before YOU. As stated in the previous episode "Lessons are Meant to be Learned" and the lessons that we learn in life WE are supposed to apply to make ourselves (YOU) better! It was at a turning point where I had to step out and trust myself and understand that I needed a break to be present with myself to get well!  Life is not easy and circumstances happen that are out of our control. We harbor a lot of pain, We take on the World, and We neglect ourselves, when in turn we are supposed to be still and get better.  This episode is heartfelt and it is from me to you, this is ME! - J.L.  

Mistakes happen and lessons are meant to be learned. Of course "WE" want to be perfect in everything that "WE" do, however, it is not feasibly possible. Fine Tune, is about taking the dial (You being the dial of correction) and tuning it so that you can correct your mistakes. In order to get to a final version of a product, countless hours and time has to be put in. The time spent on perfecting the product is conducted behind the scenes where the public cannot see. You are the product that many see but they do not fully see because you are a constant work in progress.  In this latest episode, I touch on healing being a process at a very high-level in my own way and some of the steps that I had to take in order to heal (BTS). History was made on January 20, 2021 (Inauguration Day), with the first EVER woman (BLACK WOMAN) sworn in as the 46th Vice President of the United States of America. Furthermore, WE ALL Witnessed a YOUNG BEAUTIFUL QUEEN, Amanda Gorman, share with the word an eloquent Poem  that SHOOK THE WORLD! To be Black in this world from the eye of others has been, and currently is negatively stigmatized. The word "BLACK" has been given a negative connotation, yet My Black People Still Rise. Despite the challenges that WE, my BLACK & BROWN people face, are hurdles many cannot identify with, however we make it work. This is a heartfelt episode highlighting the EXCELLENCE of my BLACK & BROWN people that embody the greatness that not many see.  - J.L. Smoak #destinationlimitless 

After publishing last weeks episode, I reflected on how I was yearning for more in order to feed my soul. There is so much power in manifestation and words of affirmation.
