How To Create Supportive Beliefs

Do you ever think about where your beliefs came from?

Our beliefs are ours to choose, but too often we forget that. We tend to simply accept those that have been instilled in us. 

So it's up to us to question the beliefs and let go of the ones that don't serve us well. It's not only OK to do this, it's incumbent upon us to do so.

If we seek to live our best lives, clutter free and full of meaning, then we need to take control of what we believe. We need to create our own support network, based on values that are authentically ours.
