13 Year Old 6 Figure Entrepreneur Who Said NO to $30 Million to Preserve Her Mission
Her brand donates to charity & she's so passionate about her mission she turned down a 💵$30 MILLION investment from a Shark Tank "shark" to preserve the autonomy of her brand.‍‍ She's an international 🎙speaker and in this interview, you'll find her speaking with the clarity & conviction of a seasoned veteran.‍‍ Is Hanalei a model for what's possible when parents enable a child's natural genius to flourish?‍‍ Instead of trying to fit children into the box of societal norms, can entrepreneurship be an outlet for creativity that molds today's children into tomorrow's confident leaders & change makers?‍‍ I can tell you from spending just a short time around Hanalei and her parents Brian Swan & Unstoppable Branding Agency - Rhonda Swan I sense strong confidence in the young woman usually reserved for adults in their 30's.‍‍ Her parents are both successful entrepreneurs and have been valuable mentors for the fashionista, but they don't push her as you might expect.‍‍ They've done a beautiful job of creating a container that enables & guides her to follow her bliss with her fashion brand while retaining her child-like spirit and just being a normal kid.‍‍ I HIGHLY recommend you to listen to this fascinating episode of the Danny Carlson Podcast for an insightful look into the mind of someone who's achieved a level of life success at 13 that most adults still struggle to reach.‍‍

New Book 2020 Sneak Peak - Fix This Next by Mike Michalowicz
On this episode of the Danny Carlson Podcast, he shares 3 key concepts from his new book Fix This Next, newly available now on Amazon or at https://www.fixthisnext.com I'm listening to the Audible version as I'm typing this! The books that had the biggest impact on me growing my agency Kenji ROI to a sizable 6 figure business with smooth operations are. Profit First Profit First accounting is a dead simple but very effective way for business owners to clearly see the financial health of their business. So many of my mentors have recommended this book that I had no choice but to go through it and implement. Clockwork This book is a roadmap to systematizing your business to the point where you could step away for a 2 months vacation and come back with the business still running. Whether you want to do that or not, it will force you to build a business to the point where it can run without you, which is a healthy business!

50-yr-Old Digital Nomad Makes $200k in 2 Weeks
But he also breaks the mold of a traditional tech startup founder, as he has no tech background whatsoever. He was a photographer for 25 years before starting the Plotaverse App. Seeing the photography industry rates start to decline, he started looking for other ways to capitalize on his 25 years of photo experience. He's now negotiating collaborations with GoPro and Facebook, but how did he grow so elegantly in such a unique way? It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, and a lot of it came down to luck (such as launching an iPhone version against his team's better judgement), but there are moments of greatness to be learned from his journey. This is the story of Troy Christopher Plota.     Linkshttps://plotaverse.com/#!/?tab=loops&search-category=members&profile=Portfolios&preview=Comments

My Conscious Break Up & Processing Pain
Just a few months after our breakup and closing ritual, we are at a place where we can meet for lunch and not have weird energy towards each other. We still do acroyoga together whenever we see each other, and even partnered for a weekend intensive workshop... and it felt good, just like a close friend rather than awkwardly avoiding each other & projecting negativity. I've learned a lot about how it's totally possible to honor and respect a failed relationship and how your relationship with that person can take on a different form. There is a process and specific sequence of steps I used that for me helped me mentally make this transition as successful as it's ever been for me. Yes, it took a bit of explaining to my new girlfriend why I was messaging and playing acro with my ex, but she actually thinks it's inspiring how we can both interact with each other this way.     Check out the episode about my Relationship Closing Ritual: https://www.dannycarlson.co/ep-6-my-relationship-closing-ritual/
