Episode 5: Simple, Accessible Ways to Feel Better
Today's episode is a bit different! This is a mini-episode, focusing on some quick and cheap or free suggestions on where to focus to feel better, whether you're suffering from physical, mental, emotional issues or just want to be a bit healthier in general. Even though it's shorter in time, there's a ton of info packed into this episode and I'm really happy with it. Still working on the perfect audio setup, my apologies for the quality! The supplements I mention: magnesium, uridine, NAC, and Lion's Mane mushroom. Here are links mentioned in the video. Episode 4: The Case File
Note--I apologize for any audio quality issues. Just trying to get this posted so I can get through the traumatic retelling. We'll pick up from the depressing world of my home life, and journey into the depressing world of foster care. Our vehicle is my ridiculous case file. Several rants, hilarious moments, and even some tears show up. This is a doozy of a story collection, but I hope by sharing that I shed even a little ray of light on the collective, horrible experiences that foster teens endure. Thanks again for your support!

Episode 3: HALLOWEEN! Three Scary Stories
Let's take a break and do some scary stories! Here are three (the spookiest number) true tales, from three different places I've lived. An unwelcoming church, a Viking era runestone, and...a radioactive goose? I'm not sure, I'm just here to tell the stories...listen if you dare!

Episode 2: January 28
I recently obtained my "case file" and I have decided that this story deserves purging before I dive into mental health or any other relevant, present topics. So here we have the first full episode, which is more of a storytelling. This was the night I ran away from home; in hindsight, it's a story of how I managed to survive despite a plethora of "adults" turning a blind eye to my abuse.

Episode 1: My Childhood
I recently obtained my "case file" and I have decided that this story deserves purging before I dive into mental health or any other relevant, present topics. This introduction is my earliest years, my parents, and what my 'normal' life looked like before foster care.
