In this episode, I share the audio of my Mormon excommunication hearing. It is here that I deliver the statement that is guaranteed in the Mormon handbook, but denied by the Stake President. It is here that you will see an intentional attempt, by the church, to fabricate events and damage my reputation by calling the police and issuing legal documents. All this, in an effort to portray me as a violent man who causes Mormons to to "fear for their safety". The evidence presented here will expose Mormonism for what it is, the 21st century Sanhedrin.

In Colossians we read, "Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you...".[ref]Colossians 1:24[/ref] This is a perfect description of my yesterday. Some, even many rejected Jesus and his mighty love, his power to save. But two... two of God's daughters turned their backs of the darkness of man's religion and embraced the light. Praise God... Praise God!

So my Mormon friends, you have two choices. Look only to the tiny pile of truth that Mormonism allows and become better Mormons. Or, embrace all truth and come to Christ.

As a Mormon, I was taught that I will need the approval of Jesus Christ and Joseph Smith before I can enter the highest realms of Heaven. Therefore, Joseph Smith, a creation was given power similar and equal to Jesus Christ. View show notes

When my heart knew only the little Jesus, when I knew only the judgmental ritual and tradition of Mormonism, I still loved my son and his little family. Just as my Jesus was small and limited, so, I guess, was my love and acceptance of them. So let us recap. You have the Book of Mormon, which you claim is the most correct book of scripture on the earth today, because of that book, you claim that Mormons are nearer to God than any other people, you claim to have the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ, you claim to have living prophets, you claim that your church is the only true church, you claim to hold the keys to the priesthood, you claim to hold the priesthood which is the power of God. Compared to that, all I have is an unshakable love for Jesus. Armed as you are, why go to such great lengths to avoid me. There is such a marvelous difference now. Regardless of whether I am studying the word alone or with my wife, listening to a well prepared sermon, standing with my new church family and praising God at the top of my voice in song, or shedding a private tear of absolute joy, it is Jesus and only Jesus. Nothing comes between him and I. Nothing takes the place of him and him alone between me and the father. I have found truth and true to his word, Jesus promised that it would make me free. I am no biblical expert and I will not present myself as such. However, Jesus has placed the most powerful yearning in my heart to testify of the small things I do know to those left behind in Mormonism. My heart is new. My heart is full of joy. It bubbles out of my chest and falls off my tongue. I can’t stop thinking about it, talking about it, singing about it and being in absolute joy over it. From time to time I stop and remember, my heart is new because other men have blackened theirs with the boasting and arrogance of Joseph Smith. I am grateful for this new life in my heart. Everything hinges on whether Joseph Smith was a prophet or a charlatan. If Smith was a prophet, the church is true regardless of what we my prefer. On the other hand, if he was not a prophet, then the foundation he laid and everything that was subsequently built upon that foundation is an extravagant hoax that threatens the eternal life of every Mormon. Doesn't Jesus know who I am? All of the sudden this frustration built up inside of me. I just stood up and challenged God. I said, "God, I guess I will never know why I have to know this stuff to get into heaven". All of the sudden this spiritual power came over me and these words popped into my head, "Anything that takes away from the Atonement of Jesus is not of God". In each conversation, I began with a reminder that closing arguments will soon begin in the case of our political prisoners and, to date, those who were elected and sworn to defend the constitution have remained silent. I asked each to immediately release a strongly worded letter to define their position and educate their constituents. When principles of liberty are treated as a vapor of smoke that we blow around but can’t define, defend or embrace, what’s the point? The Founding Documents, when properly understood, provide every answer. How is this possible? The Constitution of the United States rests on a foundation of Natural Rights as described in the Declaration of Independence. Natural Rights are firmly anchored in the bedrock of God's word. Like Pilate, our elected know that Todd Engel, and the others, are innocent of the crimes for which they have been accused. Resolutions for Political Prisoners document undeniable violation after violation. The elected have these Resolutions before them.  In their official capacity, like Pilate, they lack the strength and integrity to do right. Like Pilate, they kick the can down the road and hope for a solution that will be someone else's doing.
