This hip hop icon is choreographic history in the making. Kelly Peters is the Owner and Creative Director of Brickhouse NYC, New York City’s premier urban dance training studio. He is the Founder and Creative Director of X Factory, the training program that houses his pre-professional and professional performance groups Generation X, GeNex and Generation XS which range in age from 7 – 27. Recent crew performances have appeared on FOX, ESPN, MTV and at Carnival New York City and Los Angeles. Dancers who have trained in X Factory under Kelly’s tutelage have performed with artists such as Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus and Madonna. His versatile and dynamic past credits include launching New England’s first all hip hop dance studio and hosting “In the Scene,” an exclusive online dance interview platform featuring Rhapsody James, Luam, Mr. Wiggles, Crazy Legs and Danielle Polanco to name a few. Choreographic credits include The Fugees, Carly Simon, Cary Nokey, KRS-One, Jim Jones and Salt n Peppa and MTV’s relaunch of TRL.
