Ethan made Ben watch Catwoman. Right off the bat, we spend some time discussing randomness at the beginning, including Brett Easton Ellis being a dick, the Martian, Atlanta, and a few other things. It was purrfectly awful, resulting in lists of puns, questions about the sanity of the production team, and much discussion about why the hell we did this. Clever girl, you've found our Jurassic Parkcast! Ethan and Ben proceed to get extremely silly while trying their damndest to nitpick Jurassic Park. Which is hard. Because it's so damn good. Ben tells stories from his childhood, and how profoundly this movie affected him, and Ethan drinks beer and responds with gusto to Mike from Motion Picture Meltdown, who had some feedback about his take on ET: The Extraterrestrial! We experimented with a new equipment setup that led to some chaos, mostly due to a sync issue between Mac and PC. Mortal enemies, those machines. Life, and by that I mean heavily applied filters, found a way and I was able to get this episode out today! There are some echoes, but we're working out these kinks one week at a time! Stranger Things - Episode 1 - The Vanishing of Will Byers Ben and Ethan take on Stranger Things, episode 1! So! We covered ET, and once again Ethan presents himself to the world as hateful and joyless. He's really not, he just hates this movie. He takes great joy in many things. Like beer, cigarettes, and occasionally Twitter. Ben learns to illustrate the diversity of words, if they can be called that, like "So" and "Um." Having no nostalgia to go on, this poor little puppet has been deemed to be a chalky white supremacist and just an awful co-worker. Note: A piece inside the microphone let go at one point, and it was moving around as we were talking. We were very careful to not touch the table or the area around the mic, but there are still seemingly random thumps. These came even at times both of us were looking things up on our phones or had our hands in the air, Ethan to gesticulate his loathing and Ben because he just don't care. Ben and Ethan are back! I apologize for the hiatus, but with life gets in the way sometimes.
