STOP The Underground Railroad (THEY NEED OUR HELP)
Do you know what the fastest growing criminal enterprise in the United States is all about? This 32 billion dollar industry doesn’t have the same national stage or attention as obesity, the war on drugs, racism, or terrorism, and yet it is one of the most heinous and evil practices on the Earth today that is affecting millions. Every 30 seconds, a child is sold….for sex, labor, or organ harvesting. It’s a topic people don’t want to talk about because they don’t want to think about it. I ran across this movement through my marketing friend and teacher Russell Brunson... I heard of a man name Tim Ballard. He was a high ranking officer in the government, and during his many operations overseas, he uncovered the dark enterprise of human trafficking happening to young children. Can you imagine the righteous indignation that rose up in him when he tried to do something about it and realized that as a government official, there was nothing the government could do because it wasn’t an American case? Even worse, he discovered that the greatest demand for trafficking was coming from American men flying overseas to pay for a night with these children?! Tim wasn’t willing to ignore the modern day slavery right in from of him, so he decided to leave his job, his pension, and his ranking, to start an organization called Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.). www.ourfilm.org The reason I’m telling you all this is because I want to help Tim and O.U.R. to spread the word and bring awareness through the upcoming release of the documentary “Operation Toussaint”. The Power Of Attention...
The biggest mistake that is stopping you from success. If you want your business to grow, you need to grow the attention you have. You just never know who is going to see your content. Someone's life is going to change because of that one thing you said. Figure out what is it you want to talk about. If you are not comfortable on camera, do audio, if you are good at writing type it up. Put yourself out there and you'll get the attention of your customers. In the forest, if you are lost, the only way for someone to find you is if you get loud right? Be the messenger, not the message. By you sharing your epiphany, you might help someone else and they will come and connect with you...Ask you questions etc. I hope you guys enjoyed this one and again this is a journey, we are all going on a journey together. CMR 4 - Marketers Two Most Important Tools...
I got some awesome updates on whats going on. First of all thanks everybody for leaving comments and reviews! I really appreciate it and I want to make sure I improve and make adjustments as I’m going. Because I want to serve you guys at the highest level I can, so I’m open to any feedback, ideas, questions… and stuff like that. Alright, today we are talking about the top two marketing tools successful marketers use. If you look at the top marketers in different industries, you’ll notice that these tools are used every single day and I’m excited to show you how you can use them in your MLM business to easily increase your sales So a couple of months ago my wife lost her silicone ring… she was wearing it when we go hiking, skiing when we are on the road… anyway, she went to the beach in California and when she came back home she realized she didn't have her ring… And I knew she was upset because it was her favorite… I didn't wait long and went online to shop for a new ring… I found a few really cool designs… and so I started comparing them, It was a tuff choice, but I really liked this pink ring so I click add to cart and at the check out I noticed it said something like: “Hurry there is only two more in stock…” And I was like okay I guess people like this one that they are almost out.. I better hurry and get in on this… So why am I telling you this? What happened is that little note “Hurry. Only two left in stock..” was an example of urgency and scarcity… “Scarcity is the phenomenon where, when a product or service is limited in availability (or perceived as being limited), it becomes more attractive. This makes sense in a traditional economic way, where less supply and more demand drives up prices. It also makes sense on an intuitive level. When mom said you couldn’t have a toy, didn’t you want it more?” “So it’s a psychological trigger, and it’s easy to understand from an intuitive level. What are the actual mechanisms behind this tactic, though?” One of the most well-known scarcity studies was conducted by Stephen Worchel in 1975. He and his colleagues offered to study participants cookies in a jar. One jar had ten cookies in and the other jar had two cookies. Participants preferred the cookies from the jar with two in it, even though the cookies in both jars were identical. Since then, much research has supported the effectiveness of scarcity in the marketing world as well. As a 2015 research paper said, “When something is rare, it’s alluring–true whether you’re talking about precious gemstones or a pristine edition of the first issue of Action Comics (which introduced Superman). And psychologists have long known that you can make a consumer Good more desirable by making it appear rare.” Why is this? Much of it comes from the fear of missing out (FOMO). FOMO is defined as a “pervasive apprehension that others might be having rewarding experiences from which one is absent. It is characterized by the “desire to stay continually connected with what others are doing.” As you’ll see scarcity is heavily predicated on the idea that others desire the product/service, and that in order to get in on the goods, you’ve gotta act now. It’s not always a simple function of FOMO, however. We seem to have a fear of asymmetrical control as well – it’s why you want what you can’t have. For example, there was a study where women were shown a photograph of their potential dream man. Half of the women were told the guy was single and the other half were told he was in a relationship. The results: 59% said they would be interested in pursuing the single guy, but that number jumped to 90% when they thought the guy was taken. If something is rare, or unattainable, we want it more. Scarcity doesn’t always work, though. It’s not a silver bullet. It can even hurt your business if you're using it wrong Basically, if people have a higher knowledge of persuasion or more exposure to scarcity claims, they’re less likely to value that product more. “when consumers interpreted scarcity claims as a sales tactic, the positive effect of scarcity claims on product evaluation would be diluted.” SO if the scarcity is BS and your customers are smart, it’s gonna hurt more than help. There are generally two types of scarcity you can use to increase sales: Quantity-related scarcity (2 seats left at this price) Time-related scarcity (last day to buy) In MLM industry there is a lot of competition… The more distributors your MLM gets, that's how many people you are competing with… Just think about it.. There is all these people who have the same exact product and same exact comp plan… Most of them use same exact scripts and everyone has the same duplicated website. At this point, if you feel like you are in competition with everyone else, don’t panic… I want to show you how you can be different and unique. I’ll teach you how you can make yourself and your team stand out and crush it… So I want you to think of a few things… First I want you to think of what could make your product rarer… Meaning what could you come up with, that could add urgency to buy your product... For example, Lets say you are marketing supplements… based on the reviews and sales you can easily come up with flash sales/weekly discounts on certain products/ black Friday sales/holiday sales.. If you have samples to give away, you can create scarcity around that saying that you only have a limited amount of samples… Does this make sense? Another thing I want you to start thinking is… think of your opportunity as if it was a product. What could you do to make it stand out? Since your upline and downline has the same opportunity.. you're competing with them, and when someone is deciding whether they should join you or someone else in your company, that's when they usually start looking at what else you have to offer… So think about what is it that you can offer that will help them make a better decision… It could be a piece of training that only your team gets or a book, or maybe you want to offer them some kind of bonus…like t-shirt or a pin, it doesn't have to be anything big… but the more value you can add to your offer, the better… Make a list of what you can offer… Maybe you have awesome notes from a training you had to pay for… you can go and package it up in a PDF file and give it to everyone who joins your team… Your goal with this is to figure out what do you have and can give a new rep to help them get started and set them up for success… So when you are pitching your opportunity you're going to say that “When you join my team, you are going to get (everything your company offers in a starter package: product, samples, pamphlets…) and also you are going to get exclusive access to xyz, as well as xyz and as a bonus you’ll also get this awesome thing” By offering a fast action bonus, you can REALLY increase your conversions a lot… I remember we were on family vacation in Destin Florida It was a hot sunny day… I was shopping for a shirt at this shop where you could choose or create your own design… and they would print it on your shirt. So I chose two shirts that I liked and went to check out… The guy at the checkout asked me if I wanted to get a free shirt And I was like sure… how do I do that? He said we are running a promotion this weekend if you buy 3 shirts, you get one on the house… I was like Cool, lets do it… I picked out two more shirts and ended up walking out of the store with twice as many shirts as I was planning on buying… Why? Because he created urgency and scarcity by telling me that this promotion is only happening this weekend which incentivized me to take fast action and he offered to give me more value for less money…Right? So it was a no-brainer for me. And I took action Urgency and scarcity really work! (when done right) It has to be real… SO when you are telling someone that you’re only running the promotion until this weekend, or you only have a couple more discounted tickets to the event, you have to stop the promotion at the time you promised. Now that you know your two most important tools, you can go out there and start implementing it in your marketing… and feel free to share your scarcity and urgency ideas with us here in the reviews section. CMR 3 - The 3 Secret Hacks To Automating Your Prospecting
Whats up everybody, this is Alex Lozenko and you’re listening to CrushMLM Radio Alring guys, how is everyone doing? I’m extremely pumped for this Today I’m going to share with you the secret hacks, 95% of MLMers are not using. These things helped me easily save on average 4-5 hours a day. Like I've told you before, I used to message people for hours every day looking for leads for my business And when I learned about all these automation tools and tactics, I was just blown away by the amount of time it helped me save… In the last episode I shared with you how I was building my MLM business when I first got started. My process was pretty much the same every time… About 3 years ago I was reading this book… I don’t remember the name but, one of the lessons it taught me was that: if you do something more then one time, you should find a way to automate it. And I was asking my self: What is it that I do over and over? And how can I automate it? I started writing out a list of all these things… messages, phone calls, followups, trainings and tons of other stuff. Then I actually went and looked at what the top MLMers were doing. I was looking at all these top earners and leaders for weeks and I started noticing that non of them were actually doing phone calls, hotel or home meetings, they were not sending out messages, they weren't going to talk to strangers at the malls… What they were doing is something I call prospecting cash machine. I noticed that each one of the top earners had some kind of online presence, usually it was a blog, youtube channel or website … something where they were sharing their experience. Then I started digging deeper into their stuff and I noticed each of them was offering some kind of free thing…like a cheatsheet or training video that help them qualify, who is interested in learning more. And so I would go and get that free thing. But whats interesting is that after I got that free thing then they were offering something else like a book or cd, and they were charging just a few bucks for that…usually the price point was around $7-10… And then it said: If you like this $7 thing, then you will love this next thing… And the next thing was like $37 Next thing after that was $197 and even all the way up to $1000. What I didn’t know at the time was that those top guys were actually getting paid for prospecting, weather someone joined their business or not… And the crazy thing about it, is that they didn’t even work with anyone unless they paid money… And its not because they are greedy, but its because they were protecting their time. They were weeding out the people who are not serious and not willing to put in the effort to learn and get better. If someone is not willing to invest $7 in their own business and education, then they probably were not going to do anything with the business even if they joined. When someone is pulling out their wallet to let you know that they are trying and are interested, its is a whole different type of person… Its the type of person you want to work with, because they are showing you that they are serious and already in the motion. There is 7.3 billion people on this planet and of-course you could go and talk to all of them and find those A players who take action, and that would take some time... But wouldn’t it be easier to only focus on working with those who are already motivated and willing to learn more? Absolutely. So why am I telling you this? I’m just trying to help you understand that if you focus on the right people, you will get results faster and easier and you’ll be able to scale your business much faster! I want you to start thinking who is it you want to work with? For example: My dream business partner is someone who has some experience with the internet, someone who is already in the business and trying to find the answers to their problems, someone who is struggling to find leads, someone who is investing in educating themselves right? And I’m not saying that I’m not going to work with someone who is new and doesn't know what to do yet, but what I’m saying is that my focus in on finding those who meet my criteria. By the way if you are new and don’t know what to do its okay, just take action and you’ll learn and get better. So write down Who is the person you are trying to help? What do they like? What do they don’t like? Do they have experience or not? Do they have any specific skills? Just figure out who would you be happy to work with… Then next thing I want you to do is find out where can you find them? Meaning, where are they hanging out, online and offline both… So you might already know that I love skiing, Ive been doing it since I was young and I even moved to a different state for a year to just go skiing… Anyway, Lets say I’m selling ski masks…so what I do is I go and find groups and forums where skiers are chatting and congregating. Where do you think I would go and offer what I’m selling? If I go to a group full of dancers, chances are I’m just going to waste my time talking to dancers about my mask. But if I’m going to the skiers group where they are all hanging out, then Im probably going to find someone who wants a new mask right? If I’m selling supplements for men, I’m not going to even try to pitch woman, because I would be wasting my time. k? Does this make sense? Do you see how you can increase your productivity by focusing on the right people? So figure out where are your people hanging out… specifically online. Lets say you are selling makeup: The easiest way to do this is go to Facebook and type in the search bar: Makeup artist, models, maybe specific makeup brands. And you're going to see all of the people, groups and pages that match your search. So you can go into those groups and start engaging with them and then find creative ways to pitch your product or opportunity. Lets recap: First you want to figure out WHO you want to work with. Then you need to find where are those people congregating online. And figure out what do they want… What are their challenges and problems that you can help them solve. After that you can just offer your thing to them. Its that simple. You might say, I don’t know how to market my thing to those people…right? remember? we are not selling, we are marketing. And here is one of the ways you can do it: go and take a video of yourself using your thing.. lets stick with the make up for this example. So you go and record a video tutorial lets call it: "Best birthday makeup in 2018” In the video youre going to show them how to apply your makeup step by step just kinda talk about how you like using this specific brand and how all your friends are loving it too. k? Then you're going to go and post that video on a social media platform (youtube, facebook, instagram or any other platform…) In the description you're going to tell them what its called, briefly describe your experience and show them where they can buy it. you can have them Message you to ask questions or just insert the link to your store (if you have one), usually MLMs provide you with a unique link where you can send people to buy your stuff. If you have samples that you can give away. You can talk about that too. And in exchange for a testimonial and contact information you can offer to give samples for free. Now you’ve learned how to find your target customer and how to market your thing to them… And if you just do those things you are already going to be in front of 95% of your competition. Some of you might be thinking, thats awesome, but I’m afraid of being in front of the camera… Well, thats okay, you can go and write a blog post about your product and just share your experience, then go and share that post in different groups and pages. or you can start a podcast and just talk about your experience and share what you're doing, you also can record other people using your product and give you testimonials. Anyway I hope this gives you some ideas that will help you attract more people. There is lots of ways to do this. This strategy really works. But you have to remember one thing! No matter what your thing is weather youre talking about the products or youre recording a training for your team or you are presenting your opportunity… you MUST provide real value and not just go and spam every group in the world with your links and pictures of you products! Just get creative and publish consistently. Over time you are going to establish yourself as an authority in your space. More publications equals more attention, more attention equals more sales. If you just do this! Congratulations you can now stop bugging your friends and family about your thing! You are now on your way to automating your MLM business. So start thinking what kind of content are you going to create? Is it going to be mostly video? or you're good writer and going to write? or do audio? Also you need to decide which platform you are going to master! Just choose one and stick to it for the next 12 months. When I started publishing, it completely changed my business and its going to change yours as well! So just do it. One more thing… I want to warn you, you’re probably going to think that you are not good enough or you don’t know enough… Thats okay, just share what you do know and don’t worry about the rest. If you stick with it and provide valuable content, you are going to win! CMR 2 - The #1 Reason I Said Good Bye To My Upline
Whats up everyone, this is Alex Lozenko and you’re listening to CrushMLM Radio Alright you guys how youre doing? I’m very excited for this. There is a great quote that completely changed my world a few years ago… “I may not be the most interesting person, but I am the one I’m most interested in.” And its not to say that I’m only interested in myself, but thats kinda how it is… Stick with me on this..there is the point to this. I remember I was sitting in a room full of people. It was a monthly training my MLM company hosted. I was sitting in one of the front rows and I was taking notes like crazy. There was about a dozen people who were presenting. Each of them had their own topic they were talking about. Someone was teaching how to host home parties Another person was teaching how to do 3 way calls Someone else was teaching the followup scripts, prospecting tactics, how to track numbers etc. And this one guys topic was bulletproof mindset and I remember he said “You don’t have to be the smartest one, but you have to be adaptable” He said “Speed that you can adopt and evolve is the speed of your growth" And I had this huge epiphany… That I need to adapt to the modern ways of doing business. Ive always been interested in technology…. I would always go and try to find new apps, I would always go and read about some new gadgets and new things And so when I heard him say you have to be adaptable I was like You’re right! At the time I was learning how to use social media to get leads I was learning how to build webpages to sell different stuff online And in the beginning I was so confused…there was so much information and it was overwhelming But I said to myself I have to stick it out, figure it out and get good at it, I have to adopt, evolve and grow, and if I make time and put in effort I can be good! And so I went on this deep dive learning journey and I read a bunch of books and watched hundreds of hours of videos I started testing and trying the things I was learning… At first I sucked, and then as I was doing it more, I sucked less and things started working. When I realized that by using online tools I could actually automate most of the things they were teaching at the event. Thats when I decided to take full responsibility to create something like that. Because no-one was teaching this stuff in MLM. They were teaching how to set up 3way phone calls and how to host home meetings/parties, they were teaching how to approach strangers and then hope they will say yes… And while the old tactics still work, I realized it was taking so much time… Here is what I was doing to build my business in the beginning: I made a list of all people I knew Then started making phone calls and sending messages When someone said yes to checking out my opportunity/product I would send them a video that explained how it works And usually at that point most people would say “not interested” and a few moved forward... When someone wanted to know more after watching the video, I would set up a meeting or a phone call with mu upline And after the call there was two types of people: first usually made some kind of excuse on why they can’t or don’t want to do it the other people would join the team or become a customer Let me break it down in some numbers Every 100 people I talked to on average—> I’d get 15-20 who agreed to learn more —> after they got more info 1-2 would become a partner or a customer. On average I reached out to 10-15 new people a day so it took me about 8-10 days to talk to 100 people. SO in order for me to personally recruit 100 people, I would have to spend about 850 days just talking to people and initiating conversations. And I was like: okay I could keep doing this and hope one day I’m going to find a handful of leaders who will go out and do the same, Or I can immerse myself into learning how to use internet and automation and build a truly automated business. Because MLM comes broken out of the box. And MLMers always say my product sells it self… no it doesn’t! Or they say something like “My company has the best comp plan”… that is total crap. Comp plan does not even matter What matters is the ability to build a marketing system and duplicate so your downline can use it as well So the reason I said good bye to my upline was that my upline was not teaching me how to market, they were teaching me how to sell with the same scripts that they were using. Its called Network Marketing not network selling. When I realized that sales and marketing are actually two different things, it made so much sense on why 99% of people were failing in MLM. There is millions and millions of people doing network marketing in the world… Don’t quote me on this but There is around 18 million network marketers in the United States alone. And there is just too much competition for all of us to use the same scripts and old tactics and be successful doing it… So if you are serious about building your MLM business, you have to learn how to market. What I want you to do right now is Raise your hand and say: I (say your name) am going to become a marketer and start marketing my business, and I will stop try to sell my products and opportunity. Marketing is attracting, when you compete and focus your differences rather then strengths (my product is the best, my company is the best, my comp plan is the best...) Sales is Its kinda like hunting… when you are hunting and pushing, you are scaring your prospects off Both marketing and selling work, but I want you to ask yourself, would you rather attract or push? In my experience attracting is so much easier and time efficient then pushing, because I get to only talk to those who already want to know more. versus chasing those who I think need to know more, which those are usually the ones that become a project. So start thinking through… Who is your dream customer or business partner? Who do you want to work with? Are you looking for evolving leaders or are you looking for projects? CMR 1: I Almost Lost My Marriage Over An MLM…
Hey everyone, this is Alex Lozenko and youre listening to CrushMLM Radio. Hey, I want to welcome everyone to my show. This is really exciting… I’ve been working on this for a little while and now is finally the time Im going to share with you my journey. My goal for this podcast is to help Network Marketers build their businesses using cutting-edge strategies and tools. I want to show you how I’m building my MLM business in the ways no-one has ever done before and how you can too. In the past four years I’ve been heavily involved in building online businesses all over the world, attending awesome events, meeting some of the most amazing people on this planet, learning from the most successful, and helping others to create more health, wealth and happiness in their lives. In the beginning of this journey I had very limited knowledge and resources about business and marketing… At the time I was a broke college graduate… Newly married husband and Immigrant from Eastern Europe. I could barely speak any english… I was working as valet attendant in Dallas Texas as well as doing a bunch of random side gigs to make extra money… My wife and I didn’t really have anything, we were struggling to pay our bills and usually had too much bills at the end of the money… I remember we had to borrow money to pay for an unexpected bill and that day I came home panicking and stressing about our future… And I remember talking to my wife… And She said we have to find the way to make more money or we are not going to make it through this year… And Instantly in that moment I felt like I was the worst husband on the planet because I couldn’t even pay the bills… That feeling was in me for a few months and I thought it was going to burn a hole in my heart… I couldn’t sleep at night and I was tired through out the day at work… My coworkers started to ask me if I was okay… But I didn’t show or tell anyone about how I felt or what was going on in my life… Not my parents and not even my wife… I was just going to keep pushing and doing different things to make extra money hoping to have enough to keep my family fed… After a couple months of being physically and emotionally drained I ran across a Facebook post about a new opportunity… That was saying something like “Work from your phone, with the new system you don’t have to talk to anyone who doesn’t want to talk to you first…” I had no Idea what it was all about… and I was desperate for an opportunity to change something in my life. I reached out to that person and met them shortly after I saw that post… In the meeting, they gave me a sweet presentation that sounded like too good to be true… But since my wife was friends with that person it was pretty hard to not believe in what they said… After leaving the meeting I had this warm feeling in my chest… I felt really good about what we heard… I went and did a bunch of research on the opportunity, watched a bunch of videos and read the reviews. After that we had a conversation with my wife and we decided to get started… From very beginning she told me that this is not something she is interested in doing but she said “Ill help and support you through this if you decide to do it” And I said “OKAY” We pulled out our last few hundred bucks…pretty much our life savings and got started… That day I realized that this is my chance to change our future forever and never look back… I promised her to make the most out of it and do everything and anything it takes to not have to worry about paying bills ever again… The very next day I woke up early and started going through the training my upline gave me I didn’t know they were called spline at the time lol but anyway I started sending out messages and making phone calls to a hand full of people I knew in the US… I was so excited to tell everyone about the opportunity I had… In fact, I was so excited that I literally told them everything I've learned the night before… And after 4 out of 5 people that I talked to said “NO I’m not interested” my excitement level went straight down like a shooting star… I found that it was not what I thought was going to happen… Then after attending a few training events, I found that I did everything wrong and while it was okay and I survived… The relationships with those people were already scarred…some even to this day. Then I started sending out messages to hundreds of people on facebook… I even went and talked to complete strangers at the mall and tried to build relationships with them… And so within the next two weeks, I’ve managed to recruit 6 people in my business 5 of which were complete leaches and never did anything… And ONE person went all in… He went out and brought almost all of his friends to the business… From ther,e our team was growing really fast… In fact, it was so fast that we didn’t have enough time to train all of the new business partners and soon enough we lost 80% of our team. Which literally killed my business. I didn’t know what to do but I knew that I wasn’t going to give up because I made a promise to my wife and my self that I’m going to do whatever it takes. Well, then I found a guy who was building automation systems and sales funnels for his business… He was getting people to apply to use his services he was offering in his business.
