In this episode, I sit down with MY DAD, a true renaissance man. Broadcasting from Quarantine 2020, this is Coping Skills, a podcast where we talk about the HOW in overcoming anxiety (and mental health issues of all kinds), run-of-the-mill human imperfection and doubt, and imposter syndrome in order to enact positive routines and achieve the kinds of things that Tim Ferris and Jordan Harbinger teach us about. AKA: I want to know how people scale life’s emotional and sometimes physiological mountains to think about and do what matters.
