I am a Trauma Informed Mindfulness Teacher, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Practitioner. I also have certifications as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator I use these tools to help you heal trauma, explore emotions, and create a safe and sacred space within your own body I offer a compassionate, mindful and embodied approach to healing. An extremely different approach to mental and physical health, as we enter our sessions together from the belief that you are already whole. Along with traditional coaching we will also use somatic responses like breath, body, movement, and sound to access the most effective tools for you. Each session will be uniquely tailored for you to meet you exactly where you are.
