In this episode, I talk about how I was bullied growing up and how I dealt with it. I also take a slight detour to rant about The Walking Dead's latest bully Negan and the brutality of the season 7 premiere. I end the podcast by issuing some challenges regarding bullying and how important it is to build someone up instead of tearing them down.

This is an impromptu podcast that I recorded today, which is the 3-year anniversary of the day my dear Aunt Helen passed away. I remember my aunt and talk about the epiphany I had when I saw her final hours. I also talk about the importance of family and never knowing when your time will come and how important it is to have that peace with God.

In this episode, I tell the story about how i cancelled the podcast and then reinstated it. I also plug a few of my favorite podcasts and talk about the concept of community and brotherhood and coming together under some kind of common ground or thread whether in a church function or through a common hobby or interest.

Here it is!!!!! The long-awaited episode of the podcast where I talk about going to a Big Time Wrestling event in Glens Falls, NY to meet my all-time favorite wrestler Sting and also Lex Luger. God allowed me to encourage both of them in their faith in God. I also talk a little bit about the rest of the weekend that i spent with my wife and kids in our favorite area, Lake George and Glens Falls. I also end up sharing a very short and condensed version of what God has helped me to overcome.

I also talk about how God is the greatest hero and I also give a quick preview of episode 7 where i will have the opportunity to meet two of my favorite wrestlers who happen to be Christians, Sting and Lex Luger.

Then i share a somewhat short version of the testimony of how I came to know Jesus and things He has helped me to overcome and also some things He put on my heart to encourage people with in light of my testimony.
