016: What Other People Think
Do you worry about what other people think? We all do this and it would be easy to tell ourselves not to worry, but we know it’s more complicated than that.
It’s very normal to care about what other people think, but it doesn’t serve us at all. We worry about what other people think and we project what other people think, but this keeps us from being who we want to be and doing what we want to do. If we can really begin to let go of what other people think, we will be liberated. In this episode, I share with you five ways to stop worrying about what others think. I also share some personal thoughts I use to change my inner dialogue.
