In this episode of Comment Section, we begin our New Year episode saga: this one revealing our favorite TV shows of 2022, and also digging a bit into our favorites of other media such as video games, comics, and music. Some of the things we talk about are Superman & Lois, The Flash, Our Flag Means Death, The Rehearsal, The Sandman, The Midnight Club, Bee & Puppycat, Wednesday, The Simpsons, Animaniacs, Harley Quinn.

Another in a streak of actors returning to their classic characters — this episode we talk about the news of Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine, which is set to be in the next Deadpool movie being released in 2024.

In this episode of Comment Section, we remember Kevin Conroy, known to most of us as Batman/Bruce Wayne. Conroy began voicing the character in Batman: The Animated Series. He later voiced the DC Animated Universe version of the character in The New Batman Adventures, Batman Beyond, Justice League, and Justice League Unlimited. He then voiced the character in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies line of films, starting with 2008's Batman: Gotham Knight. He also voiced Batman in the Batman: Arkham video game series. Conroy later voiced the character in the series Justice League Action. In 2019, he played Bruce Wayne in live action for The CW's Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover.  Join us as we share our memories of Conroy's work as The Dark Knight.

To just generally celebrate the character of Spider-Man, join us as we each go through out top favorite versions of the character, whether it be a version written for film, tv, or of course comic books. Many writers and directors have had their takes on the character, and many actors have lended their faces and voices — so join us as we discuss the best iterations of this web-slinging superhero!

In this episode we talk about Zack Snyder's Justice League! The long-awaited, highly fan requested director's cut of the DC film Justice League. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and the Flash team up again in a new light completely from Snyder's vision – but what did we think of it? This Comment Section episode was unfortunately wrought with delay and technical difficulty, so it's getting to you late and the audio was almost lost if not for the Zoom call... but here it is, finally! Listen to us meander about the movie for over half its runtime and keep falling down that rabbit hole. We've also passed our 4th anniversary of the show and this is technically the end of season 4 so, enjoy!
