One person who gets overlooked when it comes to a wrestling match is the referee, and that is why we wanted to talk to David Willis AKA Duke Silver. He is the head official for the following wrestling promotions Sunbelt, Spinebuster, and Solid Rock. He is also one of the of Order 66, the other half being Jeremy Rodriguez.
