IDENTIFYING the INTERNAL VOICES that Keep You in Bondage
One of my first breakthroughs (of my eating disorder) came when I began to recognize that my eating disorder had two distinct voices, and I began to decipher between each. Now instead of my eating disorders being a part of me, they were like two other people who were lying to me to keep me in captivity. With this nugget of revelation, I was able to shift in my mindset of how I was going to receive and deal with their lies. This realization launched me into a new area of victory that helped me heal from some core beliefs about myself and my struggles that (you guessed it) helped me BREAK FREE.
