Reflect. Action. Move On.
Taking the time to reflect on your past action before you make any type of important decision is a must. The use of reflection is extremely powerful if done correctly. However, during reflection you must be able to look back on your life with a critical eye. Admit stubbornness, fault, blame, and poor decision making. All the shit you want to forget about. The small or often big things you’re not proud of in your life. You and I both have plenty of them. Why? Because we’re human. And if you’re living life you’re going to make some epic mistakes along the way. Mistakes are fueled by passion, love and trust. Throwing it out there and sometimes it gets chopped off. It hurts. It hurts like hell. The reflection period is when all of the “dust” settles and your left alone in the dark with only your thoughts. The emotion may still be there but you’re able to think clearly. Clear enough to see where you made a poor turn. A step too far to the figurative left. It’s these moments that are critical for your own self-improvement and mindset. Take the time to reflect on what didn’t work and be honest with yourself. Truly honest about how badly things got F’ed up. It’s a true skillset. After you’ve taken the time to reflect don’t sit on it. Take action. Again, if you are living life correctly you’re going to make a move anyway. You’ll be looking to take action on something. Make sure you do it. Your trajectory depends on it. People like you do not and will not stand still for too long. Embrace it. Own it. Reflect. Take action. Move on.

If you want to have more clarity, not feel overwhelmed, and feel great you need to do this. There’s no question that the body and mind are connected. These two go together. Exercise has been shown to help with depression, anxiety, and stress. Of course, this is not groundbreaking news but I wanted to point out a few things here. The supplement industry is a billion dollar business. Somewhere along the line people were convinced all they needed was a pill to make themselves feel better. I’m referring to depression, anxiety, and stress. I’m not a doctor but I know these simple facts. Movement makes you and your body feel better. Bottom Line. Instead of sitting in the chair all day. Stand up. If you're going to eat pills use them to make you feel better...go hiking, swim in a lake, or even go for a long walk. I know depression, anxiety, and stress are real things. However, movement…exercise can only help you feel better. The best part is…it’s free. Mindset is a systematic way of thinking. Since the body and mind are connected it's critical you take care of your body. You think more clearly, have more energy and feel great. You only get one body please….love it. (And do some epic stuff in the process...life is too short to be boring)

What happens If You Lose This?
Look past all the noise. See through all the positive new year crap and ask yourself this hard question. What happens when you lose the ability to make your own choices? A new year does not mean a new you. A new year means more choices. Choices + Time = HFW This year you have a choice to increase the abundance of your health, family and wealth. These choices determine how you’re going to spend your time. Where are you going to spending your time this year? In 2018 you’re only getting 8760 hours. If you sleep for 8 hours that leaves you with only 5840 hours to fit in all the choices you need to make. On top of that, If you work a job for 8 hours a day 5 days a week you’re burning another 2000 hours leaving you with 3840 hours. Married? Have kids? Work more than 40 hours a week? This number gets smaller and smaller fast. Don’t put YOU last this year. The only way you’re going to find true fulfillment is by investing in yourself. You’re not getting any younger and time is not your friend. Stop wasting it. Make the choices that are going to grow you, change you, and make you the best possible person you know you should be.
