The mute, vengeful, and surprisingly talented Andy Steckler has arrived to WXG to audit the studio and deliver justice from the IRS. Ski and Grolph face serious prison sentences and the station's fate lies in the balance. Bargaining with the grim auditor, Grolph challenges Andy to a showdown game of "Commanche or Communist" to try to win his freedom. Meanwhile, Michelobe is noticeably absent and calls from his mother's basement where he has lost his ceremonial cape and is hiding in fear from his stepfather who doesn't know he is there. Michelob is still wearing a towel — err, mantle — on his back, and with the help of Cuttsy, Ski has made made the studio the cleanest it’s ever been. Michelobe has just returned from the Conclave of the Mind (where he met Genie) and plans a pilgrimage to a small town in Lithuania to visit a meteor sent by Grouche, an extraterrestrial life-force. Meanwhile, the studio has been announced a superfund site, which provided enough funding for Ski to finally get rid of the turtle, nutria, and alligator infestation caused by incredible amounts of NutraDebt in their diet.
