04: Climbing the Pillar of Influencing

In this episode of Climbing the Pillars of Power, I talk about some common situations women have to deal with on an almost daily basis that impact our ability to effectively influence those around us. Some of these situations include "mainsplaining", having someone else take credit for your ideas, not being confident enough to voice your ideas, and automatically apologizing; which is a personal pet peeve of mine.
