Episode 03 the Iron Lohan Lance Brazil
Apologies for what seems to be sample rate issues where the sound skips ahead. That being said, looks like the issue will be fixed in future episodes. I know it makes your ears bleed at times. This was a really great episode and I would have hated to throw it in the recycling bin just because of some minor head trauma. It should not be a problem from here on out.  Also, I think Lance will be back on so we can straighten out any confusion then. Just know that even when it is him skipping, it's due to an issue on my end.    This is episode 3 of the Chops and Sticks podcast. In this episode, we talk with the Ironlohan Lance Brazil AKA Stuntman from Shaolin   We talk stunt work, comic books, fitness,  and of course a lot of Shaolin. Lance knows a hell of a lot and is one of those guys that has both the knowledge and the ability to put it into action. You can check out more about him at the link below.   https://www.lancebrazil.com    Or follow him on Instagram @Ironlohan    We also talked about his work with Ismahawk. If you're not already familiar with their work jump over to Youtube and check them out.    https://www.youtube.com/user/IsmaHAWK   https://ismahawk.com   While you are there catch up on Lance's work in their Nightwing series.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o297A1wmys0    Also here is the link to “Big Country,” Roy Nelson's promo video shot at the Lohan School of Shaolin in Las Vegas:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=W92kI4fGuBI&t=12s   and if you want to check out the school you can find it here. https://www.lvlohans.org   I think we briefly mentioned “Madfit” magazine—you can check them out below. You may even be able to find one of Lance's articles.    https://madfitmagazine.com   Or check out his Onnit article, “Train Like Deathstroke” here.   https://www.onnit.com/academy/superhero-workout-train-like-deathstroke/   If you haven't got enough of Lance yet check out his 5 WAYS MARTIAL ARTS WEAPONS TRAINING IMPROVES PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE over at    https://markdegrasse.com/author/sifu-lance-brazil/    Not sure if I mentioned this in the podcast or not, but Mark and StrongFirst are the main reasons I know about Lance.   Lastly and most importantly, don't forget #makelancedanny !!   P.S.  We talked about the Iron Fist a good bit.  You can find it on Netflix in case you didn't know.      #Shaolin #kungfu #Northernshaolin #martialarts #stuntwork #stuntmen #LohanSchoolofshaolin #weaponstraining #kettlebells #unconventionalfitness #comicbooks #deathstroke #ironfist #nightwing #ismahawk #martialartsfilms #shaolinstuntman #stuntmanfromshaolin  #makelancedanny #lancebrazil

In this episode, we talk with Kyle Mentink about American Kuntao Silat and along the way we break the internet, discuss poor training decisions and have a lot of fun.   Please forgive the poor editing of this episode.
