Cocktail of the Week: Christian's Morning Coffee 2 oz aged rum Zest of half a lime 1 tablespoon brown sugar dash of cinnamon 4 oz iced coffee 2 oz coconut milk Add all ingredients except coconut milk to a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain through a fine collander into iced filled collins glass. In separate shaker, without ice, add coconut milk and shake until frothy.
