It is totally different than my talk show. In the last three years, I have had over 7 diagnoses including insomnia, IBS, adenomyosis, acid reflux, and alopecia. I made the HUGE leap last year and changed my diet - I went vegan and gluten-free. Yet, my health journey started +15 years ago with stomachaches, headaches, nausea, body aches, and other unexplainable symptoms.
