Welcome back to Chat Sh*t Get Fit! Our first episode in 2021 is here and our goal this week is to give you some top tips for health & fitness in 2021. We know how hard it's going to be given our current situation but we will do our best! We also give you an update on what we've been doing over the holiday period and how we've been coping through the numerous lockdowns plaguing the nation.
The main focus tips wise is all about goal setting and ensuring you are not overarching and are realistic in these complex times. Basically, keep it simple, perhaps even daily. Bill also gets a bit passionate about "not giving a fu*k" what people think and surrounding yourself with the right people. Essentially remove any toxicity from your life. We finish up the episode by giving you a teaser of what's to come in the next few months including getting world record holder Colleen Drummond back on the podcast to see how she got on with her new record attempts back in December.
