Here’s what my Wholeness Journey has taught me so far: Wholeness is when how I feel, what I believe, what I do based on those beliefs, are in alignment with who I really am. More specifically to me, wholeness means I’m seeing myself right. I know, without hesitation, that I am good. I don’t need or rely on anyone’s validation of my worth. I don’t need to do anything to prove it. It’s having the courage to advocate for my true heart’s desires. The capacity to meet my own needs with the exact kind of love, support and care I long for. It’s experiencing the joy of connection. Learning how to better protect myself from being re-traumatized in this area. It’s redefining my definition of success to include what I actually want not what the world tells me to want. It’s finally experiencing true rest. I’m learning not to let busyness get in the way of my actual business of living. I’m learning that while slowing down may feel dangerous, it’s crucial on my journey. From this place my priorities become clear. All I need to do is what I was created to do. This is easy. A natural flow. It doesn’t feel brutal, overwhelming or exhausting. It’s life-giving. The evidence of all this is the experience of unconditional love, unfathomable peace, incandescent almost irreverent joy. Want more? Click on the link below https://linktr.ee/ValerieKimani
