If you have land with nothing on it, why not give it to someone who is building something that creates cash flow? You can then share in the profits. You already have the land. You just have to figure out what it might be good for. Maybe you have a piece of land that is in a really windy area. If it’s a large enough parcel, why not approach someone who builds wind farms to create additional electricity and then share in the profits. The deal is that you have to look at the land and figure out what it might be good for and then find partners to get you into a cash flow position.
