We all like to consume self help content from time to time but sometimes it gets repetitive and monotonous. This episode, I shared a spoken word and a unique format to ask some of the questions we’ve been avoiding. 

Clover Jamez aka Z is a good buddy of mine that is an artist you will hear about in the near future. We discuss his growth as an artist and how the small wins add up. His song "Ali" (played in the beginning of the episode) was featured on the 8th episode of Dave (Lil Dicky's new show), and he explains how that was manifested. He explains his vision and how taking music seriously shifted his paradigm. 

Chaz Langley is one of the most creative individuals I've met in NYC. He wears a lot of hats, and he knows how to balance them like a boss. From singing on Jimmy Fallon to writing jingles for the SuperBowl to taking masterful photos to hosting weddings and parties all over, Chaz discusses how to keep the creative juices flowing. A Nashville native in his own right, he also explains the transition and the mindset that is necessary for a big move.

The first solo episode, in the new home of Captain Underdog, I explain why this time can be glorious for creatives and why it's important to have a sense of optimism.

His work ethic includes waking up at 4:30AM every morning (since 1993) and commuting from Boston to Ohio, New York, Virginia, and other states to teach and promote his workout Rezist. The insatiable hunger is apparent, and in this episode he explains why all the experiences he faced shaped him to be the man he is today.
