In Class with the Class
Hello listener, thanks for tuning in. It's been a while, but we're back with a very special episode of Capstones! Usually this show is just one student speaking about their senior thesis. This episode takes you inside of the class so you can see what the weekly process of creating these papers looks like. The next few will also be weird ones, with a series of episodes about Mercy College's award winning (!) Model United Nations team. If you like this show, give leave us a rating, subscribe, and share with a friend. Thanks to Slackjaw for their song Room's Not Clean as the intro/outro of the show.

China in Peru w/ Alexis Hernandez
On this episode of Capstones, Nic speaks over Skype with Alexis Hernandez about China's expanding influence in Latin America. They also discuss the treatment of indigenous peoples during infrastructure development, the pitfalls of capitalism and neoliberalism, and what Alexis would do if she was Minister of Peruvian Education. The sound quality isn't quite right on this episode, but it's not devastating, and you can expect improvement next week.
