Why Customer Service is Vital for Any Business
Here's the thing: when customer service is done right it will tremendously boost your business.  Why? Because retaining customers is less expensive than acquiring new ones....among other things. There are many reasons why you should offer the best customer service in your industry to your customers. A bad customer experience can turn into a great marketing opportunity....if you are doing things right. Instead of offering reactive customer services give adopt proactive customer service practices.  Customer service is your opportunity to positively represent your brand, image, mission, and values. Turning a negative customer experience into a positive one will bring in more customers because happy customers will refer others. Encourage customer loyalty because we all know that 67% of customers are more than happy to pay more to get a better service from a brand they trust.  Listen to Candace's negative experiences during her recent vacation to Florida and how they convinced her to remain loyal to a brand she likes and still trusts. Where to Start Becoming Financially Independent
There are several big events in the last two decades that proved beyond any doubt that you should never rely on just one source of income. The first one was the big economic recession from 2008 and the second was the worldwide coronavirus pandemic that we are still dealing with. So many people lost their jobs. So many people were not able to do their jobs because they were not considered essential workers. So many people lost income because their job was the only income they received. Even if they were lucky enough and received unemployment, it wasn't enough to replace their previous income. Join us for a discussion on where to start becoming financially independent. We are talking about some of the things we did to ensure we do not rely on just one or two sources of income. We are also talking about some of the things other people did in our circles to supplement and even replace their incomes.  This episode is brought to you by Smart Brand Ideas, AnchorFM, and Candace Bui-Walston with EXP Realty. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/support

Why Women Should Always Be Financially Independent
Women who are financially independent can not only contribute to the everyday expenses of the household but also help to meet the family's financial goals. But even more important than that: THEY ARE PREPARED FOR UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS....like loss of job, illness, divorce, or even death. Being financially independent is also a way to make them feel responsible, boost their morale, and make them feel that don't have to depend on anybody.  This episode is brought to you by AnchorFM, Smart Brand Ideas, and Candace Bui-Walston with EXP Realty --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/support

Is cheap always better?
Is Cheap Always Better? We get it: everyone wants to save a buck. We do to. But do you buy for something because it's cheap? If you had the money and you could afford it and you have to choose between two products one much cheaper than the other and maybe of lower quality, do you buy the cheaper one just because it's cheap and helped you save money? If you are a parent and you need to buy a car seat, do you buy the cheapest one?How about health insurance? It can be stressful and borderline crazy for many of us. Dinners, parties, cooking, baking, spending paychecks on gifts for people who you may not know that well.... including family members...All these things that are on a long list of to-do and over-the-top expectations... How to Deal with Post 2020 Election Anxiety and Depression
How to Deal with Post 2020 Election Anxiety and DepressionAre you suffering from post-2020 election season anxiety and depression? We for sure are and we are glad it's over!!!... most of it anyway... still stuff going on about it...But, guess what? Our lives are still going on as well. We don't know of any specialized treatments for post-election disorders, except to move on!!!Millions of Americans are still waiting or won't accept results...even if not official... We agree that we have to wait for the official results and that there is a lot of anxiety about it. All the anxiety the elections caused is still there, it's not going away regardless of which side you're on.We don't talk about politics with each other... We have no idea who we voted for (meaning I, Andrea, have no idea who Candace voted for and Candace has no idea about who I voted for.) We have both conservative beliefs on certain issues and more liberal on others.... We probably voted for who we viewed the best to solve some of the most important issues for us.There is a reason why we are not talking about who we voted for: we argue for the most stupidest things if we don't see it the same way... we both bring arguments to prove our point. Voting it's just too big, our daily lives go on, and we have businesses together that we want to continue together....ha ha. We still need to pay our bills and pay taxes and nobody else will do it for us...certainly not the President of the United States.Everything that happened this year.... and let's face it, there were bigger stuff than the election .... cased tremendous emotional turmoil for all of us, including a lot of disappointment. Remember that all this can be an opportunity for growth if we can do some small steps (we talk about how we are planning to approach all the emotions and anxiety,) and put them into action. And no matter how you end up feeling when this election is finally called, perhaps you can take comfort in the fact that you won’t have to go through this again for another four years.... or 2...if you care about the local elections and the things that actually impact your life on the daily. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/support

Divorced Women: Dating After Divorce

To sum it up: Scary as Hell!!!This is especially true if all you got about your potential date is a thumbnail photo, two-sentence descriptions, and the option to swipe left or right. Listen to our lovely guests talk about the emotional roller coaster ride, the highs that seem promising or lows that barrel down on disappointment of dating after divorce. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/support

Rachel Hollis: Online Controversy
Rachel Hollis: Online Controversy! Lots of people put Rachel Hollis on a pedestal and felt so betrayed when she and her husband got a divorce. Now another controversy is brewing online.People who idolized her before, now are saying that she is ignorant and has no integrity because she is bashing a category of people after she made $$$ speaking at their events... She is putting profits before integrity, she is fake, she is this... she is that...Why is everybody so upset? Why are people put other people on a pedestal and forget they are PEOPLE with flaws, imperfections, and ulterior motives? Why do people jump on the bandwagon for somebody that doesn't really have anything original to say? I mean we heard it before from other people? And why the heck do we need anybody to tell us how to "Wash Your Face?" --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/candaceuncensored/support

It's My Life! Why Won't My Parents Butt Out?
IT’S MY LIFE! WHY WON’T MY PARENTS BUTT OUT?Should parents ever give advice to their adult children without being asked? When one does stop parenting? How do you let go of the art of parenting your adult children? The relationship between parents and adult children can be like a minefield. Parents will always be parents. No matter how old you are, they will still see you as the brat that they had to discipline or tell what to do and how to behave when you were out in public. Parents will always find ways or at least they try to find ways to make their children follow these parental directives probably until they’ll die. When you are younger, your parents set a lot of limits for you as a child. So when they are supposed to stop seeing you as a child? Do they assume that because you are now legal (like 18+) you have somehow become this fountain of wisdom who is enlightened enough to make their own decision? Or should they ignore the wisdom of their own age and never give advice to their adult children about anything? If your parents do insist on giving you council, how upset are they going to be if you as an adult decide not to follow their directive? Would you as an adult child feel infantilized?Join our conversation about parenting adult kids and dealing with your parents when you are older or an adult.Do you have any advice?
