As a camp leader, as we watch nature grow this spring, anxiety and stress can build within ourselves. When spring arrives, it means summer camp is around the corner. We started this season aiming to help the leader come back from a summer that either prevented your camp from running or having to put new safety measures in place that were new to everyone.  As we navigate our way back to summer camp, it is once again time to focus on you. A lot of these make sense at the surface, but actually practicing these tips are harder than you think.
