I have been highly emotional and highly sensitive this past week and have been feeling really vulnerable which I have been conditioned to learn that being vulnerable was a sign of weakness. I didn’t think that I was going to publish this recording, but maybe it might help someone know that they are not alone when it comes to not knowing how to deal with a roller coaster of emotions. I just felt the need to talk about my thoughts and feelings out loud for myself and by doing so I found it very therapeutic. In this episode you hear me talk through my emotions with love and compassion. To be able to talk to ourselves in the same way we would if someone we love came to us and stated that they were going through the same thing we are takes time, patience, and practice and here I am trying to that for mysef.

However, before driving back to Vegas, we made a pit stop at Offset Coffee in Long Beach, CA. It’s a little coffee shop that have the best oatmeal cookies! They provide drip coffee, cold brew, latte, etc and have alternative milk options such as oat milk, almond, and macadamia. Shylaine had a cappuccino and Ruth had the hot americano.
