The gang (not Jack) gets very drunk as the episode goes on. Raghu actually cant remember the episode being recorded.  Sebastian attacks his family YET AGAIN. Raghu writes his second story in 2 episodes down, wow that holiday did him good, and Jack tries and fails to stop the ship from sinking.
