We started this journey talking about gratitude in business and what that means and looks like. As the next step, we talk today about "what is your why and why it matters!'' The craft beer scene has blown up the last few years. Data from 2012 shows there was a total of 2,475 breweries and as of 2018 that number reach 7,450. Understanding that means knowing how downright competitive the craft beer scene is and how getting into that business requires a tough skin and the ability to sustain oneself for a while until the brewery is able to generate some profit. With the internet these days, the availability to create content, a product or service and get it out there is so much more viable. We talked about how he got started, what challenges he has gone through and how to grow his community.
