B Impact with the UNH Team
During the fall of 2020, I worked closely with a team of UNH undergraduate students as part of the B Impact Clinic. In this conversation, I gathered with my students and we looked back on our collective effort to help Richardson Media Group earn its B Corp certification. The students and I reflect on why more companies should become B Corporations, how this experience has helped prepare them for life post-college, and what it means to prioritize sustainability and social responsibility in a small company. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!

Leading the Influencer Marketplace with Kristen Standish of Grapevine Logic
When I first met my longtime friend and colleague, Kristen Standish, she was at the helm of Boston Magazine as its publisher. Now, she’s the CEO of Grapevine Logic. In this conversation, Kristen brings her natural spark to the BSuite in this colorful episode. We explore how the influencer marketplace has grown exponentially over the past decade, and how diversity and social justice are reflected in the profiles of influencer creatives. We’ll look at the expectations clients bring to the table when considering an investment in influencer marketing. And finally, we’ll round out the episode with an honest chat about how she juggles the dual roles of single parent and CEO, why she took up sailing, and how I got interested in bees and beekeeping.

RMG Team Chat with Brenda Brooks
For this episode, we cleared the decks for an unscripted team chat. Brenda Brooks is our Marketing Operations Manager and she’s here to talk about what working on a small team looks like, her choice to move from higher education to marketing, the ways we build in learning and growth at our company, and how we’ve navigated the remote work landscape with a weekly bee-themed “cluster.” I should note that this episode includes two very important “firsts.” It was the first time we recorded an episode from my home office and the first episode we recorded after the onset of the COVID pandemic. Please keep that in mind as you listen and enjoy our engaging conversation! Thank you for tuning in! LINKS/RESOURCES MENTIONED Richardson Media Group
