In May 1973 two young children faced an encounter with a creature unlike anything in the world. In Sandown, UK two children found themselves following a bizarre siren sound deep through the woods and meadows. What they came face to face with was both unbelievable and horrifying. A 7ft tall clown/robot hybrid crawled out from underneath a wooden bridge and interacted with these two children for up to 45 minutes. The clown ended up writing something cryptic on a piece of paper and handed it to the two youngsters. Ep. 35 The Nazi Bell
When it comes to folklore surrounding a specific time in history, World War 2 could arguably be the pinnacle of dark history mixed with supernatural folklore. The Nazi’s, specifically the SS are said to have frequently studied and dabbled into the occult as well as various sects of witchcraft. One of the most notorious legends emerging from the end of WW2 was a top secret experiment known as “Die Glocke” (The Bell). This machine is said to be a device that could have completely changed modern physics and the entire outcome of World War 2 itself. Theories revolve around it being an anti gravity device, a supercharged particle accelerator, and even a time machine. Some of the most notorious Urban Legends across the globe involve creatures known as cryptids. Bigfoot, The Loch Ness Monster, and the Yeti fall under this umbrella. Ep. 27 The Wendigo: The Flesh Eater of the Forest
