Series 1 "Brothers on Breaking Bad Season 2 Part 3"
Our Podcast on Season Two of Breaking Bad has been broken up into three parts due to the complexity, length of each TV episode, and the discussion that goes along with it.  In this episode, Kenny, Arnaz, and Del discuss episodes 11-13 of Season Two.  Again, thanks to everyone who asked us to continue this series of our Podcast.  We're glad you enjoy the show!  Only Kenny has seen the entire run of Breaking Bad.  Arnaz and Del have never watched it before and honestly don't know anything about it.  Kenny, leads through each episode to get their opinion on what's happening throughout the show.  Of course, Kenny is there to clean things up if the guys are confused.  The contrast between the novice and veteran viewer makes for an interesting perspective and discussion about this award winning series.  The guys end the show with the "Bad Meter".  The Bad Meter is a measurement tool they will use to rate each character's level of "Bad" on a scale of 1-10.  Each of the main characters have levels of good and bad behavior that fluctuate in each episode of the TV show.  Our "Bad Meter" is our method to keep track of our own perception on where each character is morally and ethically during each Podcast episode.  I'm sure you'll agree that Walter White goes up and down the scale quite often.  Start your own Bad Meter and see how you compare!  Thanks for listening and be sure to subscribe to get instant notifications of our next show!If you enjoyed our show, keep in mind that we have other shows for you to enjoy:Our Flagship Show that we drop Bi-Weekly without fail! Our News Show where we cover major movie and pop culture News. Our Request Line Show, where we review a film by request. Our Specials, that pay tribute to special occasion. And our Series, these are themed shows that run for several episodes; like this one on Breaking Bad.You can email us at: BrothersinArmchairsPodcast@gmail.com  Get our latest news on movies and pop culture by joining our social media: Twitter at: @BroArmchairs  Facebook group at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/217059166060270  Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/brothersinarmchairspodcast/  And finally, all of our Pods are available https://BrothersinArmchairs.buzzsprout.com   Theme song "Loli'ana" written and performed by award winning musician Kamuela Kahoano.   Listen to more of Kamuela's music on iTunes and https://kamuelamusic.com/.  Also, "Loli'ana" performed live at The Ko'olau Banquet Hall can bee see here https://youtu.be/YDJ1NNJgEiA  Thanks for listening!  Don't forget our next bi-weekly Pod and keep an eye out for our specials, series, request line, and news episodes!  And please subscribe and review!

Special 05 "Is Die Hard A Christmas Movie?"
**CONTAINS ADULT LANGUAGE**Join Kenny, Arnaz, and Del as they delve into the debate of whether or not DIE HARD (1988) is a Christmas Movie.   For over a decade, fans of the film Die Hard have argued over it being a Christmas movie.  That debate came to a peak in 2018 as the debate grew to included analytics, scientific polls, interviews of the movies creators and stars, and more.  In late 2018, even the Die Hard's writer and lead actor went head to head on opposing sides. So just for fun and a little theater, The Brothers take their own twist on the debate with a little something extra from Kenny.  They even polled their social media community and included some of their comments in the debate as well.  If anything, this episode is gonna be fun, if they can remain friends after all the smoke is clear.   If you enjoyed Kenny's Christmas Reading of Die Hard Christmas by Doogie Horner and JJ Harrison, purchase the book on Amazon or other book retailers!https://www.amazon.com/Die-Hard-Christmas-Illustrated-Holiday/dp/1608879763Do you think Die Hard is a Christmas Movie?  Let us know your thoughts! You can email us at: BrothersinArmchairsPodcast@gmail.com   If you enjoyed our program, keep in mind that we have other shows for you to enjoy:Our Flagship Show that we drop Bi-Weekly.Our News Show where we cover major movie and pop culture News. Our Request Line Show, where we review a film by request. Our Specials, that pay tribute to special occasions. Our Series, these are themed shows that run for several episodes; like our series on Breaking Bad.Get our latest news on movies and pop culture by joining our social media: Twitter at: @BroArmchairs  Facebook group at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/217059166060270  Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/brothersinarmchairspodcast/  And finally, all of our Pods are available https://BrothersinArmchairs.buzzsprout.com   Theme song "Loli'ana" written and performed by award winning musician Kamuela Kahoano.

The Future of The Oscars
Join the Brothers in Armchairs Podcast as they talk about The Oscars.  With all the turmoil in the film industry and its supporting components this year, The Oscars took a backseat to most film conversations.  However, The Oscars play a major role in film industry credibility.  We reference nominees and winners for decades, applaud the live performances, and fondly admire the video montages.  In many ways, an A-list actor who has never won an Oscar is similar to a great athlete who has never won a championship in their respective sport.  The bottom line is The Oscars is one of the most coveted and most prestigious prizes in film.  Kenny and Del talk about the streamers impact on The Oscar's prestige, the quality of films in competition, most likely nominations, whether or not it should be an audience friendly event, and more!  As you know, these guys usually disagree on everything so it should be a great discussion.   Have a listen and tell us what your thoughts are on The Oscars. You can email us at: BrothersinArmchairsPodcast@gmail.com  If you enjoyed our program, keep in mind that we have other shows for you to enjoy:Our Flagship Show that we drop Bi-WeeklyOur News Show where we cover major movie and pop culture NewsOur Request Line Show, where we review a film by requestOur Specials, that pay tribute to special occasionAnd soon to come our Series, these are themed shows that run for several episodes; like our upcoming series on Breaking BadGet our latest news on movies and pop culture by joining our social media: Twitter at: @BroArmchairs  Facebook group at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/217059166060270  Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/brothersinarmchairspodcast/  And finally, all of our Pods are available https://BrothersinArmchairs.buzzsprout.com   Theme song "Loli'ana" written and performed by award winning musician Kamuela Kahoano.

MAN DOWN, MAN DOWN!!!  Arnaz is out for this episode, but Kenny and Del are trudging forward to ensure the Friday drop happens on time.  In this episode, Kenny and Del pick three films each to bring you a six movie review show!  The guys run the Choice Overload style of show in which they watch and review their own movies and try to convince the other to watch it or steer clear.  They picked some big films along with some lesser knowns to keep things interesting.  But as always, they do their research and will bring you a great review along with a good discussion and maybe a factoid or two.  Of course, as this is a "recommendation" show, the reviews will not go too far into detail to ensure no major spoilers are revealed.  And don't forget, if you watch any of these movies because of this show and want to comment, please send us an email or hit us up on our social media. As always, chapter tags are available in Buzzsprout to help you skip directly to a particular movie.  Below are the timestamps to help you navigate in other podcast apps.  Love and Monsters (00:12:27) Becky (00:34.56)Chick Fight (00:52:06)Trial of the Chicago 7 (01:31:45)Unhinged (01:31:45)Rebecca (01:50:32)If you enjoyed our program, keep in mind that we have other shows for you to enjoy:Our Flagship Show that we drop Bi-WeeklyOur News Show where we cover major movie and pop culture NewsOur Request Line Show, where we review a film by requestOur Specials, that pay tribute to special occasionAnd soon to come our Series, these are themed shows that run for several episodes; like our upcoming series on Breaking BadYou can email us at: BrothersinArmchairsPodcast@gmail.com  Get our latest news on movies and pop culture by joining our social media: Twitter at: @BroArmchairs  Facebook group at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/217059166060270  Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/brothersinarmchairspodcast/  And finally, all of our Pods are available https://BrothersinArmchairs.buzzsprout.com   Theme song "Loli'ana" written and performed by award winning musician Kamuela Kahoano.
