Brotherhood of Fatherhood 164: Child Athletic Performance and other ramblings with Adam Lane.
Adam is an elite-level athlete having achieved podium finishes in triathlon races, the most notable being the USA Triathlon Regional Junior Long Course Champion. Having been an active youth, then competing at the collegiate level, the natural progression for Adam was to coach youth track and field. There he discovered that incorporating smart and progressive strength training made his athletes stronger and faster with more stamina, and nearly bullet-proof when it came to injuries. In 2018, Adam created Oak Performance and thus began a partnership with the Silicon Valley tech giant Sparta Science. Since then, Oak Performance has helped 100+ athletes get or play at the college level utilized the Sparta Science AI Force Plate Tech. He and his wife Heather opened the doors of Oak Strength in 2012.
