So I'm, I'm Molly Butler. I am the broker owner of, uh, to Remax leading edges in, um, st. Augustine, Florida started on about three years ago. Um, been in real estate about 10 years a little over, um, so absolutely love it. I started in residential and then moved quickly into commercial. So, um, got a really awesome, got some really awesome experience, doing some commercial stuff on land acquisition and some company acquisition stuff. And I really like it cause it's creative, which is, you know, one of my strengths, but, um, so I do that and I started, um, out of nowhere, started this brokerage in, I don't know where, but sort of planned about three years ago. So, um, going into our fourth year, it's going really well. Absolutely love it. Um, love what I do and, um, it's was not ever my intention to do this, but I do absolutely love real estate. So it's my, my background's in micro cellular biology. So like this was a complete departure from what my degree and what I had wanted to be, but, um, absolutely love it. Cause I get to serve people and it's just loads of fun. No two days are the same, which is great. Cause immediate needs, so. Okay.
